I was disappointed. While our server was very attentive. The food took way too long. The portions we’re extremely small. My baked potato was maybe 3 oz. at most. My entree was overcooked. However, the salad bar was nice and well stocked.

Very disappointed with this restaurant. I’ve visited this Ruby Tuesday many times in the past and was always pleased. My last visit there was unacceptable!! Salad bar items were not fresh and appeared to have been from the lunch seating, and appeared bare. I wanted the ribs and was told during ordering that they were out, and the chef fell asleep and burnt all of the ribs. I expressed my concerns to the waitress about the salad bar and that the fact that it could’ve been communicated during the drink order of what the specials were and what they did not have. After forcing myself to eat the brown soaked lettuce, because I was starving, I at least expected manager or supervisor to adress my concerns, but never saw one. After finishing my complaint to the waitress, she advised that she doesn’t blame our party if we just got up and left….and we did, without paying a dime. Great job Ruby Tuesday’s. I’d whip that place into shape and return it to the respectable place it once was. You’ve lost a loyal custom at this location.

I usually try to keep my reviews positive,BUT…. Positive Things 1. Great Parking, 2. Service was Great, 3. Plenty of seating, & 4 my Mango Lemonade was delicious. Negative Items: 1. Food portions were small, 2. The food receives only 1 star, & 3. The floors were very sticky.

Too bad they’re closed now. Good standard fare local restaurant. The salad bar has always been fresh with a good assortment. Meats and seafood are good and nicely cooked. The staff is friendly and responsive. A refresh and deep clean wouldn’t hurt. Overall, a reasonable value for the money.

Mixed bc service was horrible and salad bar remained empty on several items even though we advised someone. OTOH at the end of the meal upon learning of issues, the General Manager? (nice gentleman whose name I don’t know) told us not to worry about check. That’s enough for me to go from 1 star to 3, and enough for me to stop in again sometime and try again. 🙂 Made me feel appreciated as a valued customer. 🙂

So bf and I finally caved and decided to go here one night despite the poor reviews since it’s so close to home. I now feel the urge to confirm the poor reviews. As soon as we walked in we walked to the bar, and the floor was sticky the entire way. The bar was very cramped and the space that was available was dirty. So we turned around and our shoes stuck to the grimy floor all the way back out the door. And the food at the salad bar did not look fresh or appetizing. Don’t waste your time.

it’s okay. It seems whenever I go there it’s mostly empty (like maybe only 20% occupied) The food is okay, though I would say it leans a little on the pricier side for what it offers. The few(?) employees there are also not the most attentive. It could be worse. The “problem” is a weird mix of maybe corporate and how it’s translated here because the menu (corporate?) honestly doesn’t really offer things that are very tempting to a customer. The menu used to have more offerings that had a better chance of tempting a person, but now it’s mostly burgers that come out okay (there are many many other places that offer burgers, in the area, possibly better and even at a better price) and I think ribs that I would probably pass on and go somwhere else. The size of the ruby tuesday is decenlty sized, but as it has a bar and a salad bar, it seems small also. (It might do better as either a restaurant or just a straight up bar with bigger tvs, not a unsuccessful mix) The coupon offers are soso, but as far as the restaurant is concerned, I’m thankful for the anchor in Germantown…I wish it could improve the service and food so that it doesn’t seem depressing.

For me It’s close and a quick and cheap snack 4-7pm. which only includes a few items…bar… happy hour menu only. Out side of that the entrees are awful… don’t order a steak … they are frozen and never fresh. In addition the chicken and pasta dishes are over priced. The only good thing is they have salad bar but with limited items. Downfall is if you order the salad bar by it’s self you’ll pay $9… vs add it to a meal only $3. I have yet had a great meal. Applebee’s, Longhorn are a better choice. If you choose to eat at Ruby’s don’t pay more than $10 for your entrée the food is not worth it.

This place is nasty as hell!!! I really mean it for god sake don’t waste your money here. The salad is not even worth eating even if it’s free. The servers live in their own world and don’t give a dammm even if u are waiting for something. And forget about ever stirring in the bar. You literally have to sing a song for them to give a a drink or else you will die thirsty. This place brings over all reputation down for this food chain. I am very positive that this place is run by some private owner and it’s not s company owned store. Shame in this place for being so unhygienic and not welcoming.

The service was not the best. My husband and I waited so long for our food to arrive. We got filled with the biscuits and the drinks. The only good thing is that they offer good coupons and next time we’ll order to go. The food is good but not the service.
