We just had the best experience at this restaurant. As a family with a 10 month old, it can be stressful to pack up and go out to dinner. The staff doted on our little one from the second we walked in and even brought a plate of soft foods from the salad bar to feed our little one during our whole meal. Above and beyond service. Plus the food was delicious.

Me and my honey went to lunch here today. I had a taste for the salad bar. Everything was on point from the hostess to the waitress to the manager and the food was so good!!! Fresh salad bar with new items, my food was made to order and was hot just like I like it! Our waitress was so good and had a Team of people that helped her! I will be going back. Great job guys!!!

I enjoy salad bars for the convenience of adding as little or as much as you like. However this time I noticed my salad was moving. There was a small bug crawling around the salad on my plate. I let the manager know and she basically said it could’ve very well came from me. And then stated she wasn’t going to shut down the salad bar bc of what I showed her on my plate. So bugs in restaurants I understand in some faucet, blaming your customers not so much. I unfortunately wont dine here again and customers beware that they will not clean and reset the salad bar if you find yourself with bugs in your food. So not sure how clean the kitchen will be with that being said. Good luck

Food was really what they said it would be. There was neither anyone at the takeout station nor a sign directing takeout to be in bags on the bar. Food was expected quality. Had to wait a minute for someone to ring up the order. They weren’t that busy for a Saturday night, but then there are a lot of eatery choices in this area. A reliable 8 out of 10.

We love the salad bar here. Many selections to choose from. The croutons are delicious. The crispy chicken sandwich is my go to for lunch, served with onion rings. Served whimsically stacked to the side of the sandwich, and sizzling hot, straight out of the fryer! Best thing in the world, a hot, hot, hot crispy onion ring!! My husband got the crispy chicken sliders to go with his salad bar. It came with his choice of side, he chose a baked potato. He had to bring home with him! All was yummy!!

Food was good but it was kinda piggy to do both an entree and the salad bar. My companion and I agreed that the salad bar would have been more than adequate of itself. The water tested terrible but I guess that’s on the city not on the restaurant. Splurge on a beverage and do the salad bar and you can’t go wrong.

Salad bar prices were reduced during lunch which made the meal somewhat more reasonable. However had the grilled salmon with grilled zucchini and it was pretty good. However with the $18 price tag found the portion size a bit small for the price.

Unfortunately, this was the worst serving of ribs I’ve ever had from Ruby’s. They were thin and very tough; more like eating beef jerky with sauce, than the juicy, fall off the bone goodness I have been accustom to enjoying in the past. The baked potato and steamed broccoli sides were their usual deliciousness, and I am always pleased with the salad bar.

Our Waitor (David I think) was good and was very patient with our group ( we had a few difficult people with us) but everything else was a bad experience. Our food took an hour and was not cooked to order. The manager said he would comp 2 desserts due to an accident but then changed it to 1 dessert after they were ordered an eaten. The table and some of our dishes were dirty. The table behind us was never waited on after sitting for 30 minutes got up and ask for a manager and stormed out. We also overheard the staff bickering with the manager about who’s responsibilities were who’s. We order food to go for someone sick who couldn’t make it and we waited an additional hour in the restaurant just to have another waiter tell us the cook had finished it 30 minutes before and forgot to put it out before going on break. We were there for 3 hours. If I could give my experience zero stars I would. I hope ?david? can find employment somewhere that will appreciate him better.
