Enjoyed lunch with father. Friendly fast service, plenty of parking, waitress April was Awesome, loved salad bar with choices of lettuces and gloves. Bathroom floor was sticky and outside exterior needs to be fixed or updated

Have been here a few times in the past. Came in today and was pleasantly surprised. Lewis was wonderful. It seems they’ve hired more waiters as no one seemed to be running around. Food was very good and drinks too! We’ll be back!

My visit on 06/11/23 was very disappointing the food was ok but the cleanliness of the building was off putting I will not be going back. The staff and management clearly do not make it a priority to keep the building clean from the sticky floors to the disgusting crusty build up on the bathroom faucets and the sticky menus there was No paper towels which we advised the server/hostess and was meant with the response someone needs to do their job but no bothered to go into the bathroom to refill. Our table was wipe with rag that had a foul order that remained the whole time we were there.we had to ask our server for the basics such as napkins and water more than once. For a restaurant that was less than half full on a Sunday evening you would think giving great service would be waiters a priority since it is how they make a living. The general manager of this establishment needs to take some OSHA certification courses ASAP.

This place has gone downhill. There is one server only for the majority of the time. There was a guy who maybe looks like a manager but doesn’t even know the table numbers as he tried to give me someone else’s food and then a woman said she wanted her check and I got mine instead where the woman was late getting back to work. She waited 20 minutes if not more. I had to tell the waitress by walking up to her and saying please get this woman her tab. Every time I go… my shoes stick to the ground and are sticky for days. I got the salad bar and it wasn’t replenished at all so I paid and couldn’t get anything I wanted. Very disappointing

Amazing! My daughter took me out for my 50th and it was literally the best steak I’ve had in years. Absolutely perfect. Thank you thank you. Our server was not just on top of EVERYTHING but he was doing EVERYTHING and yet we didn’t miss out on any level of service.

Decided to to sit down in the dining room Saturday night. Our food came out really fast and was very good! My husband had the ribs and I had the ribeye quesadilla. This is our second trip in a row to this location that has been very good. I believe our waiters name was Tim? He made some great suggestions, and even told us when he works so we could come back and see him.

I’ve ordered here several times and have never had any problems. Until today I ordered delivery around lunchtime when I ordered a burger and a dessert. When my food arrived I did not receive my dessert and the burger I did receive was burnt to a crisp and the whole thing fell apart. I normally understand that sometimes delivering through Doordash or other places there can be missing items. However the overcooked burger is a different story.

Sad to say that yesterday was our last visit here. We used to enjoy it as a little nicer option compared to other chains, especially loved the salad bar. It didn’t seem very busy, yet it took at least 15 minutes to even get noticed/acknowledged at the hostess area. We were eventually seated in the bar area, not ideal for a nice sunday dinner when there were plenty of seats in the dining room section. The group that was ahead of us had already given up and left. Our hostess/server/bartender was nice and did a good job, we even noticed that she helped a senior gentleman back to his car when we were leaving. Other staff were sitting in other booths in the bar area talking to each other and on their phones (unprofessional). Their new menu is nothing special and is just more bar-type casual food, which is what they must be going for now and that’s ok. This just wasn’t the experience/menu that we’d come to expect. It kind of felt like there was more focus on filling orders for the delivery services than those of us actully there in person.
