The food is really good, I always get the chicken double decker, it’s delicious!. The place might need a remodel very soon as it smells a bit muggy inside, maybe old carpets need changing. But service is good and food is good so I give them 3 stars for now.

As soon i walked through the door i was instantly greeted with and hello with a smile. That sets a good friendly mood. The area i was sat down at was cleaned fully. When my watier came and greeted me with a menu and my drink, the way they spoke and their poster showed that they really enjoy what they are doing and are willing to help. Then it came time to eat. The burger i recived was amazing. After i was done i was nicely asked if there was anything more i would like. I replied with a no and i recived my bill and i had a very good experience at these ruby tuesday.

Where do I begin. Had to rewrite this because I couldn’t leave the 3 stars I previously had. It really should have zero stars now. On many occasions my family and I have eaten here and then all of a sudden the food started to become over cooked, or not cooked enough and unappetizing. Today was the last straw. I always give a restaurant another chance. Today I was having mother son time. We were starving and I only went bc I had a free meal coupon. I ordered a salad and my son chicken tenders with fries. I received my salad and the lettuce was brown and in some spots beyond bad. So I was hungry so I removed all the lettuce n went n got spinach leaves from salad bar. I tried again. As I was eating it things were slimy from the bad lettuce.The croutons weren’t even cooked properly I could push them together with my fingers. I thought I was going to throw up. I felt sick to my stomach. I noticed my son didn’t even eat a bite of his. It looked overcooked and the fries looked unappetizing like they been sitting for awhile. If your son doesn’t eat you know something is seriously wrong bc in my house my boys can eat. I have never been more discouraged and feel the cook or whoever in the kitchen does not like their job nor cares. It shouldn’t even have left the kitchen. I’d be ashamed if I was the kitchen and I let that leave my kitchen. This has now been numerous times. Unappetizing. Undercooked or over cooked and just disgusting. Um no not again.

It is a chain restaurant. Not offered menu for current TV add of 3 coarse menu for a fixed price. Food was mediocre, would not rush back there. Salad bar is a good feature but there is no bread, to go with it. I won’t be rushing back there. Server was nice and pleasant and attentive.

Location was clean and inviting. Our server KayLee was very sweet and genuinely wanted us to have an excellent lunch experience. My wife and I both had the chicken sandwich and both of us had tough, stringy chicken breast. We brought it to the attention of our server and she promptly brought over Leon the manager. Leon was friendly, patient, and understanding and took care of the situation in a fair and professional manner beyond our expectation. We would definitely return!!

Poor service. Took about 2 minutes for the waitress to greet my family and took our drink order. 8 minutes later she brings food to the table behind ours, and we still did not have drinks. There was only 8 tables in the whole restaurant so there was no excuse. Found a Longhorn Steakhouse half a mile which was great.

Went for lunch around 11:45 on a Saturday morning which is only 45min after they opened and it was as if the staff didn’t bother cleaning anything after Friday night’s crowd. The ketchup bottles were not refilled and the one we were given (because we had to ask for it since it wasn’t already on the table) was pretty much empty. The bathroom floors were sticky and the trash can was overflowing and everything in the garden bar looked like it had been left over from the night before. Also the food was mediocre and we didn’t get exactly what we asked for which was standard off the menu items. Very disappointing to say the least! If the staff whom we dealt with wasn’t as nice and attentive as they were I would’ve only given it one star.
