The salad bar was good and I did enjoy the variety. My husband tried to order a beer, and the waitress had to come back 3 times to tell him they did not have that selection (even though it was on the menu). They also were out of the steak he tried to initially order. We joked that they mise well pick what he was going to have for dinner since they were out of all his selections. Our food was decent, nothing to rave about, but hot and fresh. The location is in a mall that looks to be abandon. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The server seemed pretty disengaged, maybe she was having an off night, but reflected on the restaurant.

We got there. We were seated. The booth was nice. The hostess was very nice, the server declined to take a drink order without everybody at the table, then when we were ready to place our food order, we were advised that there were no cheese pizzas available for the kids, we didn’t have children’s menus so the waiter had to let us know what they had to offer for the children. We ordered macaroni and cheese, a kids order of chicken tenders and fries, a guacamole burger and a mushroom and Swiss burger. The waiter later came back and advised me that there was no guacamole for the burger. That’s fine. I like the rest of the toppings that we’re on there. I told him just to send the burger out without the guacamole, there was no modified charge for lack of guacamole and the crispy jalapenos that are supposed to be on the burger. Look to be pieces of jalapeno rippled chips. The macaroni and cheese for the kids was not regular macaroni and cheese. It was some sort of white Velveeta cheese over top of noodles. Very saucy the kids weren’t exactly excited about it and the chicken tenders were so hard that the three-year-old who is eating them had a tough time eating anything other than the inside middle parts and the spinach dip that was brought out was lukewarm. The cheese was not melted on top and the taco chips had some odd seasoning that didn’t have much of a flavor, but enough of a flavor that it didn’t taste right on the chips. I don’t ever plan on coming back to this location. Also upon reading other reviews I see that 2 weeks ago they were also out of guacamole. I understand things happen but making sure that you’re supplied was stock is kind of important when you’re running a restaurant and being able to provide updated and correct menus to your customers is also important. We were also advised by our server that the children’s menu that shows available on the Ruby Tuesday’s main website is not the same as the one that they have available at this location.

Was not given plates for appetizer. Smashburger roll fell apart. Cheese steak was small. Fries too salty. Ranch dressing at salad bar watered down. Spinach dip minimal flavor.

Incredibly rude and lethargic wait staff. Waited for 10 mins at bar for bartender to finally acknowledge I was there meanwhile she kept helping everyone else seated at the bar. After finally getting a menu she asks if I’m ready to order 3 seconds later before I’ve even opened it. After another 15 minutes of her completely ignoring me and asking the other 3 people at the bar multiple times if they needed anything I decided to just leave. She did seem sluggish and like she wasn’t completely with it. I tried to pay the male waiter for my Coke since she couldn’t muster the energy to make it to the other end of the bar but he also seemed like he was a millisecond away from ending himself so I just left after paying for a coke I didn’t drink. Most depressing restaurant ever. They also don’t have sliders anymore which was the only thing RT had going for it. Oh and they use cardboard straws. This place couldn’t be worse if it tried. Rip.

Sat down at 12pm, waitress took our order at about 12:15…at 1:34 still no appetizers have shown up. We had to flag down another server to check on our food. We finally get our appetizers 10 minutes later from original waitress and she apologizes but appetizers are cold. We finally get our meal 30 minutes later but they forgot my grandson’s meal. It took another 15 minutes to get his meal. Never saw our waitress again after she gave us our appetizers, so no refills on any drink. Worst service ever!!!
