I miss the old cooks!!! I’ve been going to this mall my whole life since I was little and before they turned it into Thai kitchen. It was the best spot in the mall now it’s all ruined. Rice is mushy. Meat has no taste. Everything is just disgusting now.

Disappointing. I’ve ordered from this place in the past, but I will no longer be ordering from them anymore. In the past, the amount of food was substantial and the quality acceptable. However, I ordered from them recently, and it was the complete opposite of what I usually expect. For $10, I received noodles (that they barely gave) and two sides. Both sides were made out of chicken, and again, they barely gave me anything. The chicken that they gave me was not even whole pieces. The pieces of chicken seemed to be from the bottom of the pot. Essentially, this place is no longer a “to go” for me due to the amount I received and the food quality. Better go somewhere else.

This place has gone from bad to worse. Ordered 2 item combo with spicy mango chicken and Thai curry chicken and both were horrible. Warning!! Dont ver order Spicy mango chicken it is just batter and barely any chicken almost felt like puking…and for Thai curry chicken all they give is 3 big potato pieces and 3 carrots and 2 pieces of chicken…just the worst mall food I had in a while

Quite disappointed, I love Thai Kitchen. This Thai kitchen in south shore is a disappointment. Small size portion, food not as good as I know. From rice not enough seasoning, manga chicken also not as good. Natick Mall Thai Kitchen taste so much better and give the correct portion size.
