The staff were great and friendly. I asked for hollandaise instead of the pork tasso (I don’t eat pork) on the The Chicken St. Charles and it was fantastic!! The Berry Chantilly Pancakes were divine!! I definitely recommend the pancakes for adults or kids! The chicken sandwich was quite large and tasty, too.

We had 3 Benedicts. Fried tomato, chicken, and shrimp. All were delightfully delicious! So many choices here for sweet breakfasts. Next time I’m getting White chocolate bread pudding pancakes….Sounds amazing!

This is such a unique place. The menu is full of unique offerings you can’t get anywhere else. Service was on point. Super friendly and quick but not overbearing. My wife had breakfast tacos and loved them. I had the Trifecta which was a sampling of three different Benedicts. Highly recommend Ruby Sunshine.

I’ve had all of the benedicts available at Ruby Sunshine, and while I enjoyed each of them, I reccomend them in the following order: 1) Eggs Blackstone 2) One Tomato, Two Tomato 3) Eggs Cochon 4) Chicken St. Charles 5) Bayou Shrimp. I also really enjoyed my creamy vanilla spiced iced latte.

Stopped here for brunch on the way home. It was a long wait but the food was great. Jennifer, our waitress and bartender was awesome! I had The Trifecta and my wife had the Southern BLT. Both were great. If I had to do it again I would get the Eggs Cochon (Slow-cooked, apple-braised pork served over a buttermilk biscuit, topped with two poached eggs, finished with hollandaise). It was my favorite of The Trifecta and the one pictured in the middle. The fried chicken itself was very good as well.

First time visiting and I enjoyed it. The service was good even during a busy brunch rush. The food was good as well. I ordered a breakfast biscuit. The vibe of the restaurant is nice and bright. Only downfall is having to pay $15 to park but it does get validated once you’re done.

I really wish they’d bring back my favorite. Those Crab cakes bennies with the fried green tomato. Yum. I just tried the Upside-down pineapple pancakes were so good that I didn’t even need syrup.

Get a Bennie or specialty food. Don’t get something basic. The food is amazing. The service is great! I love this place.
