Stopped in today to redeem my birthday coupon. Place was clean & the service was top notch . I had the Classic Cheeseburger & what I really liked is that you can order the meat cooked to your specification. I asked for Medium Rare & it was cooked perfectly. What would really make this establishment 5 star was if their salad bar was as good as the ones at Charlie Browns. That being said I would definitely come for the burger again

Pretty good food.fast delivery and decent pricing. The only place open in the area later than any other spot to order. Im not sure why it gets so many mixed reviews but i thought it was better than most. Definitely eating from here again!

Found Staples in the food??? Which already tasted like it was “leftover” and didn’t feel too great after. Probably won’t order from here again, also not a great delivery experience. Only convenience was the time they’re open.

I found stars in my food, I ordered it with a soda and they showed up without it and then waited 3 hours just for a 2 liter coke.(yes, I did wait), no apologies or something small like an eggroll.)

I’ve had this issue for years now and this time I won’t be ordering from Ruby’s anymore, almost everytime I call, I order about 4-5 things, and get only 3-4 of it because apparently they forgot to turn on their ears, enjoy this place if you wanna, but it’s a no for me, also, I found staples in my food a few years back and hope this doesnt happen again.
