We tried the gluten free pizza and the cauliflower crust pizza and they were so delicious. This is the first place that we’ve found that has a 14″ size gluten free pizza. We will definitely be eating here frequently.

I ordered the Lasagna. Very cheesy. Pretty good. Most of the noodles were cooked very well. One of the 2 slices of bread seemed to have freezer burn. It tasted pretty bad. But the other one was good. Not a bad meal at $15 based on other comparable restaurants in the area.

Rubino’s Pizzeria hosts a variety of Italian dishes and desserts. A great place to eat with a friendly staff eager to provide high-quality service. My first visit to the Ashbrook Commons and I was amazed at the the freshness of the interior setting at Rubino’s. Avery modern and clean eatery where the food is made fresh and the quality of the food is awesome. I ordered the 10-piece wings with blue cheese, Stromboli and chocolate cake. I know an odd combination, but I was looking at trying to taste the food here from a different perspective because it looked so good on their menu. And yet, I wasn’t disappointed either because the wings were cooked to perfection and the Stromboli was a feast to the eyes, but comforting in my stomach. I have had wings before, but Rubino’s in my humble opinion has set the bar high with their rendition of a classic – fresh wings marinated and cooked to the perfect tenderness and flavor. If you haven’t tried this location, don’t wait; make your way here soon. It’s that good.

Food is fine. Compared to Sbarro, Rubinos is a notch above. Their chicken parmesan isn’t bad, but I can’t say much about the margarita pizza though.

It’s a shame that the Ashburn Rubinos has decided to turn it into a bar/restaurant. It’s been a family friendly restaurant with lots of families with kids. Now it will be another watering hole. I only hope it doesn’t affect the food.

Just received an Uber Eats delivery and I’m truly disappointed. Order the Vodka Chicken Riggies and a side salad. The salad was missing and the pasta is awful. The chicken has zero seasoning or color and is rubbery. The size of the chicken pieces are inconsistent. There are small chunks and then huge hunks of meat through out the dish. This was a total waste of money!

Lovely updated decor, spacious and inviting! The food is great! I got the lunch special: two slices of pizza and a drink for about ten bucks. Delicious, fast and pleasant. They had a red velvet cake that looked to die for, but it has to wait for next time. Oh, coke products which they have in cans or fountain.
