The service is never good here. The food is fantastic. We come here a couple times a year hoping service has improved but it hasn’t. Everyone is polite, they are just really slow and not very attentive. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry. Otherwise I recommend it.

The food was great. Really fast service. Our waiter was very friendly. Constantly checking in on us to see if we needed anything. We ordered the chicken fajitas from the lunch menu. I do not eat beans, but the beans they serve with the chips and salsa were amazing. Best “bean dip” ever!

Sunday evening seemed a bit slower in service, but also people, which was nice. Everyone enjoyed their food and it was clean inside. My daughter got the avocado chicken salad and it was huge! She enjoyed the salad and had left overs. Margarita was strong and in a tall glass, but tasted really good. One of the better margaritas I have had in town. Plus the bean dip and chips are always really good!

My most recent visit was to have brunch with a friend, but I’ve been there a handful of times at different hours. The service is always great and the staff is attentive as well as kind. I feel at home when I’m there and the food is affordable.

“Another one bites the dust.” Says my wife as we pay for two dishes and two ice tea’s totaling $48.30. My wife ordered the fajitas del Mar that tasted pretty good except for the burnt onions all over the dish. I love a good char but it was excessive. I ordered the costillas chili verde which use to be excellent pre-covid. The pork spare ribs in the dish were overcooked under salted. It was like eating beef jerky that was 10 years old.

Very good Mexican fare, love the complementary bean dip with the chips n salsa, it’s honestly the reason we usually choose it over the several other good Mexican spots nearby, and the affordable lunch specials. Update: I am deeply appreciative of the level of service being offered given the current circumstances. The food is as good as always, and the staff is some of the most friendly in town.
