I’m happy I tried this place before looking at the reviews. 10/10 recommend. My chicken taco was hot, fast and full of flavor. Who can beat a late night authentic taco for $2? Ohhhh and the signature sauce is delicious, full of spice and everything nice!

The $2 Taco Tuesday deal lured me in… a soft corn tortilla with grilled steak, chicken or veggies, sprinkled with chopped onions and cilantro packed to go. I got one each of chicken and steak. At first bite, I thought they tasted a little dry, but once I added the salsas and cream sauce… Yum!!

I’ve been trying Mexican place in the DC through Uber Eats and this has been the most interesting one so far. I am usually disappointed but this place surprised me. The chorizo taco and carne asada burrito were good. The salsa packs were good too. A little too much rice in the burrito, but flavor of the meat was good. Next time I’m going to try the “gas station burrito” which is just beans, cheese, and meat.

EDIT 05/12/23: This is my first time back since my last review. I had truly hoped they returned to their former glory, but can confirm they have not. They have definitely improved speed of delivery of the food, but have done so at the cost of freshness and flavor, while still shorting you on the expensive ingredients even if you pay extra for them. Once again: Cali Burrito with double steak. Received? A giant burrito with barely any meat, zero guacamole, and a ton of fries. Enough that this would definitely qualify as a “French fry burrito” on the menu and everyone would love it. Service remains awesome, so there is that.

I literally just ordered Chicken Birria Tacos, B1G1 from Uber Eats… the tacos are ALL BEEF! I don’t eat beef… so guess what?! I wasted money & trashed everything. I’m so upset & HUNGRY! Why ask me to select a protein, if you won’t follow instruction?!!

I wanted this place to be great. Hole in the wall mexican joint no seating shoukd mean that their focus is on the food ans price. I got the nachos. At 15.99 I was expecting something substantial and was highly disappointed. Their portion had a large amount of meat but over all was small and lacked flavor. I think this due to a lack of fresh ingredients. The bruito left me with a tate of tortilla which means totally lacking of ingrediant goodness. There are other Latin x food in the area that is better and cheaper.

They were really quick on a Friday around 6pm! Ordering was easy. Glad it wasn’t a complicated menu. They got my order wrong in that the burrito didn’t have any pico. So it was pretty heavy to eat.
