First time to try this place for lunch. They have lots of options on their lunch menu. I thought the food was ok (though I did clean my plate) but the owner was so sweet and accommodating and I loved the ambiance. Maybe it was just the dish I had but I’m willing to come back to try some other dishes.

We finally tried this place out and we’re so glad we did! The staff was really friendly and suggested a few things for us to try. The duck appetizer was savory and delicious while our main courses were nice and spicy. We’ll definitely be back!

The food at Ruang is good! They offer lunch specials and lots of options for dinner entrees. Their spice level is on a whole other level! For those who like spice, this place will definitely meet your need for heat.

Almost always order take-out but I’m intrigued with the dining room. Interesting lighting choices! Food is solid and the staff is sweet. It seems to be family run. You can’t go wrong with any of the food. It’s very authentic Thai!

We visited this spot last night for a friend’s birthday. Although we weren’t hungry and had eaten beforehand, we ended up ordering some appetizers. The restaurant interior is really nice and the ladies who work there are so sweet. They made our experience as guests a positive one. My only minor complaint is the price, like another reviewer mentioned. The appetizers were expensive (at least $10+) and I feel like for that amount we could’ve gotten entrees at cheaper Thai restaurants. However, I’d love to come back for a birthday or nice date night out.

Thai places are always hit or miss when it comes to getting spicy, you ask for the spiciest and some places give you something mild. Not this place! Be careful with high spicy ratings if you’re not used to it. I love that they make it spicy when you ask, so this is up my alley.

The food was okay. I ordered a panang curry but received a red curry. There were too many green beans and not enough other veggies. The spice level was good though. The Thai tea was good too. I give this place 3 stars instead of 2 because the ladies working there were very polite and said my dress was pretty. Customer service makes all the difference!

Where do I even begin with. I’ve never imagined how Thai food would taste like until I tried it in Texas. When I begun to like it, my colleagues planned to take me here. Visiting this restaurant was an absolute bliss as it was an amazing experience trying authentic n lip smacking Thai food. Starting from their soup, pad thai, etc.. till their sticky rice mango custard this restaurant serves some AMAZING Thai food. I totally fell in love each of the item I tried. Their hospitality was out of the world. The women who run the store gave us some protection thread to tie around the wrist which I’ve still tied in my hand. They also gave me a book that talks about Buddhism. The whole ambiance was so thai’ish and classic!! It’s a lovely place altogether!!

Restaurant has a beautiful green interior with traditional Thai designs. The staff were super friendly and attentative. The food is a bit more expensive compared to other Thai places in the area, but it does seem like Ruang Thai is a local owned place. I liked everything I ordered except the egg rolls, which were just 3 rolls cut diagonally and were very vegetable heavy.
