Such an excellent change from the typical meat & sides or fast food restaurants that crowd our small towns! Food is delicious, appropriate portions & nicely plated. Restaurant space is a little small in downtown Greensboro but not overcrowded.

The meal and service were so good that my lunch companion and I plan to drive down once a month. Between us we had coconut soup, crab rangoon, pad thai chicken, and a vegetarian pad thai. It was delicious. If you like thai food, heck if you like food, then you need to get yourself over to Ruan Thai.

Food is expensive but delicious. Was surprised to have a seat then the menu brought to us only to have to get up and walk to the bar to order. Mistakenly left a nice tip for our meal when we paid only to find out we had to get our own drinks and only the owner came to check on everything. Waitress seemed to rush us out and we had to remind her about the dessert i had already paid for. Very nice atmosphere just not sure I’ll be back.

Super friendly staff and owner! Very accommodating! Best Thai chicken coconut soup ever. Great huge plate of pad Thai and bomb spring rolls! Kids loved the chicken satay skewers! Also boba teas my kids usually order to go! I’m kicking myself for not getting the coconut ice cream! So glad they are here in Greensboro. Such a nice addition to the town!

I’m so glad this place has finally opened. I’ve had the pad thai, spring rolls and the papaya salad, and enjoyed everything. The papaya salad in particular tastes fresh without a fishy odor, nothing like the one I tried in Tuscaloosa.
