Had a wonderful chopped brisket sandwich with slaw and baked beans. Was super tender and juicy. Flavor explosion in my mouth. Had bites without sauce, with original sauce, with sweet sauce and with slaw. All were tremendously good. Nice clean place with friendly staff.

I normally love R&R, and have even previously enjoyed this location. Something has changed; the meat has been dry and the Mac and cheese has been crusty and burned. Most recently we were trapped in the drive through for over 45 minutes. It’s irresponsible to keep people stuck for that long. If there is some kind of problem you need to let people know and have them pull around and wait in the parking lot so people are not trapped. This is absolutely unacceptable and we will not be returning anytime soon. Additionally, the nachos that we ordered were given to us without cheese.

Our first time eating here and left disappointed. Customer service took our order promptly and had our food to us within 10-15 minutes. I am very disappointed that all the meats (smoked chicken, brisket, pulled pork, and ribs) were cold!! Hush puppies and sweet potato fries were warm. Cole slaw was okay.

I’ve only had worse nachos one other time. Why did I get the nachos? Because I asked about them and she said they were one of their most popular items. Now that I know how bad they are, that statement confuses me. This place pretty much just phoned them in. Chips, liquid cheese, a sprinkle of cilantro, a few diced tomatoes and then the brisket I paid an extra $2 for. That’s it. What the hell. I will say that I like to get nachos whenever they are offered. They are a great baseline for any restaurant. It quickly exposes whether or not a place actually cares about the simplest item on their menu. This place does not.

The service was great and the employees were very helpful. The food isn’t as good as it used to be. The sweet potato fries were really yummy, but the brisket was very dry and hard to chew. The pulled pork was really fatty. The place was super clean and a really fun environment, but super overpriced for the quality of food. It was just my husband and I, and we ended up paying 48 bucks.

I love being able to pull up and get some good brisket. However, I would not recommend the pulled brisket. It is more fat then meat. I was also disappointed with a flavorless pineapple pork sandwich, old fries and Mac and cheese, and a stale roll. My wife did get the loaded potato which she liked. But not enough to make up for everything else.

Definitely need to learn customer service. I’m not saying the customer is always right cause we all know that isn’t true. However this location is in need of corporate to come in and retrain them. Food could have been better if seasoning was added. This was my first try and so I was glad they had the sauces on the table to choose from. However that “gold” sauce was nasty! Unless you like bitter don’t try it. “Sweet” sauce was bearable, “spicy” sauce… Let me tell you chili powder does not make something spicy but it sure makes it chalky and I stopped trying the sauces after that. The brisket was very moist and had a great smoke on it but dude come on try the food and ask yourself hmm does this need salt? Then ok add a pinch of salt to bring out that natural flavor and great smoke. And #1 rule if you overcharge a customer by almost $100 don’t argue with them and tell them to come back later, you fix the issue right then and there. And here’s another idea try facing the customer when you apologize instead of having your back turned while your walking off. I can honestly say if the customer service wasn’t so horrible this review would have been a lot better. I will say the salad was good but that’s about it

This here was the pulled pork and pineapple sandwich with hush puppies and the loaded baked potato with brisket. Overall, really good, with a lot of selections of bbq sauce.
