The service here was excellent. They have peanuts on the table for you to eat while you wait for your food. I ordered the “half and half” which is crawfish etouffee and fried crawfish” and it was great. I needed a to go box for this one. It was a generous portion, that’s for sure. My wife had the catfish plate and it was pretty tasty. We will be back again.

Really enjoyed our visit here. We had the Ribeyes with Baked potato. Cooked excellent and was so succulent. They have a very nice salad bar that has all you need are want for an excellent salad. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. Atmosphere was great very clean and organized. Will be back

I like their style. Little things like cubed cucumbers for the salad. Fantastic food and service. Very welcoming. The BEST hush puppies ever! Feels like you found the plece where ill the locals eat! Fantastic experience.

Walked in to Roy’s and immediately felt welcome. 2 ladies at the door greeted my husband and i and we were quickly seated. Our server was firendly, attentive and our drinks were refilled quickly. The fried pickles were delicious. The salad bar was very nice and was included with our meals. I had the seafood platter and the portions were huge! Everything had a great flavor. We will definitely be back next time we come to Kinder.

Food was good, but pieces of fried fish were small but good. Fried shrimp was good, hush puppies were very good and we saw a plate of Etouffee and baked sweet potato on the table next to us and it looked so good and I wanted to order more food when I saw that. Everything was delicious and the only negative was how small the servings were. It just bothers me that here in Texas and elsewhere you can purchase a pound of shrimp for around $7.00 and get many shrimp per pound but order fried shrimp and you only get 4-6 shrimp for $13.00 I think that you should get at least 8,maybe 12 shrimp because they are so inexpensive and customers would be like wow. The plate would look so much better and look full. Our plates looked just looked mostly empty.

Don’t let the word Hut fool you! This place is amazing, as is the food and service. Very busy and very clean. The salad bar was SO fresh and kept stocked and neat at all times. Lots of employees, all busy like bees, keeping everything running smoothly. I had the crawfish etouffee and enjoyed it very much. The portions were just right, although I saw a few people leaving with leftovers
