Very good food and a good amount of food for the price. They only had one server to handle the whole place by himself. The Pao Pao platter was larger then we expected and we were mostly full by the time we got to our food. The only negative about the food was the wings were a little hard and the egg drop soup was a little bland.

Ordered the teriyaki beef. The sauce was perfect and the rice was so cute! Definitely, give this place a try if you’re ever in Longmont! Also, ordered the ugly roll and lava roll! . Service was a little slow, but they did explain they are short staffed and really busy. Super nice staff though!

Restaurante itself is very nice. Big change since it was Las Palmeras. Great sevice on our last visit, my kids love the egg drop soup. There is something about their flavoring or seasoning that is off to me so I give it 3 stats. Acceptable food, good presentation, fair priced and good service.

Good taste and quality is always consistent. This place is under new ownership. Except for ownership changing hands, all else remain the same. If anything, food actually tasted is a tad bit better! They seemed to have improved something that I thought was already the best! Service was great!

Apparently this is the new hunan chicken. Wow! With breading and no vegetables. They said the changed their recipe and due to inflation they have removed vegetables. No mention of it anywhere. Apparently you shouldn’t make online orders since you get what you get. You have to call and ask questions to make sure what recipe you ordered matches what you have ordered for years. Customer service is very poor! No manager to talk to to help with the inaccurate order and you get disconnected while waiting. Then call back to have someone answer who could care less and just the blame game if it’s my fault for not calling and asking. Really horrible experience. NEVER GOING BACK!

We got take out because our regular Asian Food restaurant (Tasty Asia) was closed (Monday night), We used to go to the Royal Wok a long time ago and enjoyed it. It took me a while to find the new location because it does not identify as the Royal Wok until you see the small sign posts at ground level near the entrance. The lit up signs are for some other restaurant and some of the lights were out. When I finally got to go inside to pick up, it took about 5 minutes to be served in spite of the fact that the server saw me enter. She was serving the only occupied table but had plenty of time to excuse herself and help me for 30 seconds. The guy at the bar saw me but ignored me. There were two guys near the kitchen partition and it took the 5 minutes for one of them to come over and serve me.

For the last several years my family and I have been frequent eaters at the Royal Wok. The food was super delicious and well portioned! The customer service was super friendly and on point! We had a regular waiter, and he was always so nice. The last time we went (a few weeks ago) we saw that they moved location to the Asian Bistro. So, my kids and I got back in the car and went to the new location. The second we walked into the asian bistro we felt out of place. The lady came up and said, “Do you need something?” lol I said we were there to eat. She sat us down and handed us menus and walked away. We were ready pretty quickly because we knew what we wanted already. So, we put the menus together and we waited and waited, and she just was doing something at the register. Finally, the guy from the bar walked by and asked if we were ready and I said we were, so she came over and started taking our orders. She was very unfriendly. My older son said he would take a water and I told him it was okay to get a soda for lunch this time if he wants, well she looks at me and says “He wants water”. Um ..ok..
