So I ordered lollipop chicken and masala fries for my appetizers. Loved the crispiness of the fried chicken and fries were not too spicy.

We went here after many years. It took me down memory lane since this was the hangout spot for my friends and I. Food and service were good. Our attendant Yuna was really friendly.

We placed the order and the food was out relatively quickly. It was hot and smelled so appealing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in the neighborhood and wants to stop by for a quick, delicious chinese fusion food. The ambience of this restaurant is incredible. From the moment, you step in, you will feel cozy. It also has a nice fish aquarium. Very calming and very clean environment. Will definitely come by again.

Some of the best food in town! I’ve tried many south Asian restaurants in this area, but Royal Tangra Masala is the best. Food was very hot and tasty, service was Fast, and the atmosphere was calm.

My dining experience warrants a 2-star rating. While the food itself was undoubtedly good and left a positive impression, I’m inclined to share my disappointment with the service provided. Unfortunately, the service felt rushed and lacked the attentive and personalized approach that one would anticipate. The staff appeared hurried and preoccupied, which affected the overall dining ambiance. It was evident that there was just one staff person managing the entire place, including taking orders for both dine-in and takeout. This understaffing issue undoubtedly impacted the quality of service and the overall experience. The flavors of the food were indeed enjoyable, but the rushed service due to staffing constraints did hinder the overall experience. It is my sincere hope that the establishment takes this feedback into consideration, addressing their staffing concerns, and endeavors to strike a better balance between their delectable cuisine and the quality of service they offer.

Food was great. Ordered the Chicken Mo Mo, Vegetarian Manchurian, Veggie Pakora, and Chicken Noodle Soup. All of them were amazing. Their home made sauce especially is amazing. The waiter was very friendly and nice. The place had some nice feature like a koi pond and a little waterfall but could use a bit more light and color. All in all, a hidden gem in the restaurants of New York.

This place is a hidden gem. It’s quiet yet it has a nice atmosphere, and the food is amazing, especially if you like spicy food! I would recommend the Tangra fish with gravy and chicken lollipop.

Ok food, the lollipop chicken batter was ok at best along with the sauce. The entrées had plenty of flavor/spice but lacked freshness in the meat itself. Service was great though and the food came out fast!

It is a pride in new Hyde Park area. We really enjoyed eating here often with families. A must visited place to have their authentic Indian Chinese cuisine.
