First time going there. Three people were at tables, after ordering waited for 40 minutes for food. My steak was ordered med-well , was so tough and dry that I couldn’t chew it. Definitely not quality meat for a $25 steak . This is the first time I have ever returned a meal and it will be the last there . The waitress was doing a great job, just not close to the quality meat , nor was it cooked correctly.

We made a reservation at the beginning of the week for tonight at 7pm. We arrived at 6:57pm and we were told the kitchen is behind and we won’t even be sat for another 20 minutes. We all stand by the bar and wait and wait. It is almost 30 minutes now and we are finally sitting. It took 30 minutes to order the food. The kitchen forgot the appetizer I ordered and it didn’t come out until after everyone else’s full dinner came out, which was at 8:30pm. Everyone stated the Mac and cheese was cold. The baked potatoes came out plain. The drinks took at least 15 minutes of being empty to be refilled. Blue cheese ended up on one of the plates and it was ordered without. The steaks weren’t cooked to the temp that was asked for. They forgot the sides to one of the meals. One of the other meals they said they ran out of right before they brought everyone else’s meal, which was already an hour and a half late. I was told the appetizer I had would be taken off, which was awesome, but then everyone else finished eating their dinner and I never received my actual meal. They completely forgot about my steak and sides. Everyone already had their checks when they brought mine out and I still had to pay for it even though I didn’t eat it. One of the host ladies was hovering the entire time but hardly ever helped any of us out. We received all of our checks and 15% gratuity was added to every single check we had after the service we just had. They finally removed the extra tip and we all left and will never ever return. I was told if we came back, they would make up for it and comp some meals for us, but after very very pricey food, the reservation being pushed back, completely forgetting some of our meals, and not even getting some of our drinks, I think this place is the worst place I’ve ever been to. On a slightly positive note, my family did say the meats they had were flavored great. I’ve been a waitress before for many years and this wasn’t acceptable especially when all that went down and the boss didn’t even come out to apologize and try to fix the mess at the end.

I was excited to try this place since the area needs a good restaurant. Went for lunch and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich breaded and my friend had the special which was barbeque sandwich with two sides (mac and cheese and fries were chosen) We started with an appetizer, fried green beans which the waitress told us the appetizers were meals in themselves. The appetizer came and was a snack enough for 1 for the price of 8 bucks. The food came pretty quick and my chicken was grilled so she took it back. The bbq sandwich was tasty according to my friend but had barely a drizzle of sauce and the mac and cheese was cold. I continued to wait patiently and when the waitress came back by she realized I still didn’t have my food and was apologetic and embarrassed. About ten minutes after my friend finished her meal my food came. I really just wanted to cancel my order and pay for the two things that did come out. It was hot but it was dry as in no ranch, no mayo just chicken on bread with bacon and tomato. I asked for mayo and ranch and the waitress was very very sorry for our experience and said she was going to see what she could do with the bill. The bill came with no discount but I left a good tip for the waitress for being so nice and apologetic.Took the sandwich home, it was not too bad but not enough to recommend. That kitchen is a hot mess, (they need professional cooks in there) and we were very disappointed with our experience. I will try it once again in a few months to see if it has improved but as of now, I would not suggest this place.

$15 for a mediocre burger. And my side order of potato salad was about 3 bites worth. Waited 15 minutes for waitress to refill my beer even though she was at the table twice and seen it was empty. I shouldnt have to ask for a refill. Seems like this place is just another wooded hills. Very poor menu selection also. To top it off there was only 4 people in there eating. So there is no excuse for the poor service.

Second time here and it was once again delicious! Waitress was friendly and attentive, food was fantastic, and desserts were the perfect ending! Portions were enough to take home 3 to go boxes and we are stuffed!

Food is way overpriced and not that great. Plates were dirty. Also, you kind of feel ran off if you’re in there past 8pm. The small owner man scowled at us like we were bothering him. He has a bad attitude. Noticed they don’t allow Facebook review’s which tells me they don’t like criticism.

Had the ribs with Mac n cheese and the asparagus. Did not disappoint! The ribs were so good and fell of the bone! Was fairly priced. Will definitely be returning. The food is amazing!!

Got sat then ignored. Sat for 10-15 minutes without even getting to order a drink, so we left. Have no idea if the food is worth it, but fairly disappointed in the service.

Southern Outlaws bar and grill is not a restaurant I or my family will be returning to. The service was terrible and the food was mediocre at best plus way overpriced. Overall a bad experience.
