I recently visited this place with some skepticism as the google review was just 3.9. However, I’m pleasantly surprised to find that that the food here, especially its Sichuan style cuisine, was quite authentic. I have been here twice since and each time I had quite delightful dining experience. Would recommend to people who are interested in spicy Sichuan style food to give this place a try. Recommended dishes include mapo tofu, cumin lamb, cauliflower dry pot, cold bean jelly.

Flavor Flavor Flavor!!! Their food is packed with Flavor!!! It’s been 4 yrs since I left China and god this takes me bacccckkkk!!!! It doesn’t get more authentic than this. The shrimp eggs, cauliflower dish, drunken noodles and sesame chicken are the best I’ve ever had!!! So glad to have discovered this gem just 5 minutes away!! Best part is it tastes even better the next day. Win win. Love this!!

Well to begin with they wouldn’t let me swap my rice with fried rice. Waitress said i would have to order a whole new plate on top of the original which makes no sense because it would be too much work to enter in the order. The server brought us our food on a janitors push cart…, and then never came back to check up on us. Our order was wrong and we felt neglected. Terrible experience. Food tasted okay but as if it was preheated from a frozen bag. Panda Express is a lot more better. There was way more sauce than chicken. Definitely not worth the expensive pricing though. Unfortunate experience, hopefully they look into customer feedback which I doubt.

We usually go here for dim sum on weekends during brunch time and it was good. We decided to go here for dinner last week for a birthday celebration and ordered a ton of dishes that were so blend. We spent almost $70 on what was supposed to be 2 lobsters but looked more like 1 lobster that was cooked with lots of starch. We also ordered some dim sum (as appetizers) and they were tough, stale, and had an old taste. Our table was also sticky and the soy sauce bottle on the table was nasty as if it has never been cleaned. We won’t be going here for dinner anymore.

You would need to be there a little bit early if you want to try dim sum. After 12pm there will be some of them out of stock. Recommend that mango pudding.

The place was decent, modern but the food itself was lukewarm, lacked flavor. Wouldn’t bother coming here again. It used to be a lot better as east lake. China chef right across the street is smaller and doesn’t have dim sum, but the food is so much better

Servers never come to check on you. Booths are dirty. Wanted general Tao but got orange chicken. Food is ok. You also can’t substitute white rice for fried rice on a meal for an up charge like any other restaurant. You would have to order it by itself and then have two rice bowls which makes zero sense. Menu and service are both bad.

By far the worst chinese food in the area. The salt and pepper calimari was barely fried- not crispy at all with little to no flavor (see photo). It tasted like lightly fried rubber. We ordered 4 dishes and it was overpriced compared to any other restaurants nearby. Also the first time I dined here, they charged me more than 6% sales tax. When I went back to request for a refund for the difference, they tried to tell me to come back when the owner/manager is here. It wasn’t until I demanded a refund that they finally gave it to me. It is illegal to charge a sales tax of more than 6%. I would not go back nor would I recommend this to anyone. There are many better options. Don’t waste your money on this.
