Saw an advertisement on Instagram for this place and decided to give it a try. Food tasted good and spice levels were accurate. We tried the Indian fusion option as well, it tasted good. The portions were smaller than expected. But, our server was lovely and came to check on us many times. Overall the experience was good, would like to come back and try a few other dishes.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Royal Indian Cuisine in Citrus Heights, CA. I ordered the veg thali and was blown away by the flavors and quality of the food. Each dish was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the variety of options in the thali was impressive. I highly recommend it to any vegetarian or vegan looking for a satisfying meal.

This my new Indian place. Hands down. Everything is hand made, even the samosas. The Butter Chicken was creamy and spicy, just the way I ordered. New item for me this time was a Vegetable Biryani and man was it good. Fresh sautéed vegetables with a spicy rice and fresh squeezed lemon on top. The other new item to try was the Gobi Manchurian. Deep fried golden cauliflower tossed in a mild pepper sauce. Divine…

Went here with my family for dinner when it was very busy & still got amazing service. There was one girl pretty much running all the tables and she did a great job.

Im vegan and got the veg pakora, and aloo tikki and they were great. For the entrees i got aloo gobi and the bengan bhartha and both were perfect. my family got the butter chicken and the lamb korma. everything was phenomenal!

The entrees took a little bit long to come out but it was honestly worth it! The taste was definitely authentic and tasted like a home cooked meal. portions could be alittle bit bigger if i were to recommend anything!

I have ordered here quite a few times now and have not been disappointed yet. Trying multiple dishes. The food is always excellent and staff is very friendly. Great mixture of food also added a twist on traditional plates if you are up for it. I always recommend this place to friends looking for a good meal in the area.

This was the first time I have ever tried Indian food, and the first time I was ever at this restaurant. For anyone who needs certain religious dietary accommodations, all of their meat is halal! First of all, the service was phenomenal. Our server was very nice, answered all of our questions, and all of our food was correct the first time. Our glasses of water were never empty, even though the place was full. They are incredibly inclusive with spice level, offering 4 levels of spice. Our food came out the perfect temperature and it had so much flavor!

Paul and Anu were wonderful. It was our first time here, and we will definitely be returning! The food is WAY better than the chain across the street! The samosas are handmade and crispy. We ordered the Gobi Manchurian as an appetizer. It was crisp and flavorful. The shahi paneer and butter chicken did not disappoint! We also enjoyed vegetable biryani. The spice on our food was fantastic. It was constantly busy with take-out orders. I cannot recommend this lovely, local gem enough!

Wouldn’t recommend. Flavors were decent but the prices somehow are way more than the menu. The plate has only half of the items of the picture. Staff will up charge you on naan and other items with no warning. We got 4 lunch specials at 9.99$ and it was somehow 60$ ouch. The person who presents the bill can speak zero English so asking any questions is out of the question. Unfortunate, cause a good Indian option in this neighborhood would be great. Oh well. An empty parking lot is always a bad sign, this was no different.

Ordered with a big family. Rice and chicken was good but the wraps the utterly disgusting. Found hair in one, and the sauce was not very good. Only thing that was very good was the naan. Hope next time is better!
