took a 35 minutes to get fried pretzels. Ordered a Buffalo chicken salad. Came out with no fries damn near 45 minutes after orderrd. Attempted to eat but was grossed out by all the gnats trying to land in my dinner. There was an overflowing trash can. Service was slow and more concerned that they may get a crowd after the football game than she was on current customers. We go to Belleria in Hubbard often and never have these issues. You can do better people. I won’t be back.

Half of my food was missing in order. Tried to call restaurant and was asked to hold. My hold was listening to the bar chatter for over 6 minutes until I gave up. Line has been busy for over 30 min now.

Someone said they served the best wings in the Midwest. It’s true. Wings are five stars, service is great, and the atmosphere is perfect for a few beers. The place got a new owner in the last couple of years. Really nice guy. He’s making this good place great.

We have been going there for years and recently had a retirement party there. Everyone made it a great experience from start to finish. The catering was delicious! The chef and owner were great to work with. The ham was outstanding! Of course we had the wings. Also had sausage, peppers and onions, veggies, hot chips, and cheesy potatoes! Way more food options than we thought and everything was yummy and hot. We were able to go in early to decorate and at the end of the night they even offered to take it all down which just made the whole experience easier and carefree. The service was great! We had over 40 people and everyone was always taken care of. They really helped make the celebration special!

Hands down, this is absolutely the BEST Belleria in the area. Consistently great pizza, fabulous & friendly service and wait staff. We used to go to the one on the North Side and Hubbard…but now we always visit the Belleria at Royal Gardens.

Nice hole in the wall kind of place. The menu looked amazing, can’t wait to go back. Drinks are affordable. Lots of parking.. slow on the weekdays but I’ve driven by on a Friday and have seen a full parking lot. Wouldn’t mind stopping in again soon.

Wanted good bar food….wings and hot homemade potato chips…which they used to have. The wings were dried out, luke warm and chips were not freshly made either. I think the barmaid had to cook them in the kitchen while tending the bar. They used to have a dedicated cook. Disappointing to say the least.
