I visited early on a Saturday afternoon to grab a bite on my way west. The banner outside advertises a renovated dining area, and from what I saw the changes seem positive. The interior looks both clean and uncluttered. The furniture looks new and more modern while still retaining the wood motif I remember from previous experiences. The variety of two-top and four-top tables, booths, and a communal table at which I sat facing the line tv provide enough seating options for most party sizes. The staff seem to have a good energy, and I was personably greeted by the nice woman taking orders (Monica I believe).

Tried this for the first time today, the employees were really nice, but the food quality was very very low especially for the price the beef part is not 100% beef lots of gristle and artificial “meat” ham was very chewy, low quality like packaged Oscar Myer, bun was also meh. Onion rings were ok. Won’t be going back.

Don’t waste your time going to this location. Get your food at the S. King Street store. We were just told we would have to wait 20 minutes for a 12 piece family meal, but they had an 8 piece meal available. It’s been 30 minutes and counting and still no food has been served. Poor service and enough to just shut down this location. If they’re understaffed and making patrons wait for “fast food”!

Staff was super friendly. Service was very fast. Atmosphere was…country, of the east coast variety, but it was excellent. The food, however, was not fantastic. Chicken tenders were dry and a bit rubbery, probably from being under the heat lamp for who knows how long. I’ll come back sometime to try the burger or chicken sandwich though. The fries were really nothing special, they need more seasoning or more crisp or something.

I ordered the cheeseburger combo the Burger itself you could tell was definitely pre-cooked they didn’t even melt the cheese just lay it on the bun and laid the Burger on top of that and then for $359 for onion rings in place of ff , only get four onion rings I think this is safe to say will be my last trip to this Roy Rogers

States 10 dollars off of you download app. Downloaded app. It didn’t bring up code. They stated. we’ve been having with that all day. Sounds like a racket just to get you to download the app. As for food baked beans were great. Roast beef was undercooked

If offering a fixin’s cup on the side. Please include condiments like ketchup, mustard and mayo. The lettuce, onion, pickle and tomato just missed completing my sandwich.

I’ve only been to 2 Roy Rogers – this location and one in Winchester (45 minutes up the road). The Winchester location is WORLDS nicer than this one. The interior is basic, no frills. Every single table was dirty. Employee Debbie was downright rude and dismissive – I asked one single question & she acted like we were a huge inconvenience. I also heard her and another employee talking about someone in the drive-through lane. Unimpressed. My burger arrived tasting stale and the cheese wasn’t in any way melted – just a slice of cold cheese on a bun.
