They were supposed to open at 7am it was 7:15am when we were there, cash register wasn’t opened yet, no coffee, the man who took our order( before the cash register was in still) was very friendly.

Politely told we do not have any roast beef. Burger was less than average. Would not survive if not captive customers on the turnpike. Last resort only.

Wanted to get the 12 piece fried chicken but was told they only have 9 pieces left. So I settled for the 8 piece and was told they would throw the extra piece in for free. Once on the road we discovered they only gave us 8 pieces and 3 hard and burnt biscuits.

Love the breakfast fries and sour dough breakfast sandwich, service is good just slow, due ro one person doing it all, located inside travel plaza

a sandwich from the 711 would have been better quality, taste and value. I ate two fries and threw them out also.

They were absolutely terrible and had none of their food in stock so i left starving, cheers to me and my 5 hour trip. Don’t recommend awful! My sister ordered macaroni and cheese and we waited an hour.

Says it closes at 10, but the guy working here closed it and was already cleaning when my hungry family and I came in at 7:40 PM.

First time in many years. NO ROAST BEEF! Very disappointing. Fried chicken was not as good as I remembered back in the day (Pappy Parker’s)

Such a shame that this iconic chain has fallen so far. The problem is these are run by a company that appears to have no training or concern for customer service since the workers just seem to not care at all about doing their job.

Did not enjoy my service. They were out of everything and I felt that there was no food at all. The service was terrible, and absurd. They didn’t tell us when we ordered that the food was not ready and we had to wait at least a half hour or more. I would not recommend wait till the next stop.
