Been coming here regularly for a few years now and it’s going downhill. The floors are nasty, the woman taking the orders makes it clear she doesn’t want to be there and makes it an awkward and unwelcoming experience for everyone in the store, every single time (I could understand having an “off” day but that’s not what’s happening)

I eat at this place 20x a month at least. Right by my house. Good food. Good people working there. Met the owner(younger guy actually) very cool and receptive . Quality eats for a good price. All I can complain about is the fact that they don’t have black pepper seasoning… Literally none and it’s weird

So damn good. It was pretty busy and I got my order in maybe 5 minutes. It was everything I hoped to be, and more. Jusf delicious. Not a single flaw. Please don’t ever change. It was my first time there and now I think I’m gonna get hooked!

Talk about a hard working group of guys. I came on a day (11:30am) when the cook failed to show. These 3 men went to work making the most of the situation. I was greeted immediately, though they were busy-5 tables full & 4 of us for takeout, I was told they were short handed and running about 20 min longer than average. Watched them kick butt. Food was consistent…& they beat the w0 min delay!

Ordered food here and had a terrible experience, I definitely recommend going to a different Roxy’s location. I paid $4 extra for teriyaki sauce on the side. It was apparent they were mad I ordered sides of sauce and in return I was given no sauce and they cooked my meat dry as a bone in no sauce as well. When I got home and realized there was no sauce I tried calling and got hung up on. Bunch of immature little kids working here who obviously can’t get a better job. Roxy’s in Oregon city and Canby is well worth the drive, food is 100x better and you get respectful service.

Online ordering is usually good here but not this time. I was told it was going to be 15 min longer then the time they gave. Ok sure. But when I see “regulars / friends “ getting food ahead of me . Sure lame but it happens. Then no update or communication. Finally after 25 min I cancelled my order. She offered “free” food ??? Why would I keep waiting for food that was already taking too long. I get busy but favoritism of friends & regulars isn’t cute . Way better food and service at other Hawaian restaurants.

Basic, no frills, strip mall fair. Reasonable prices, decent food, fast service. I really liked the teriyaki chicken meal. Tender chicken, perfectly cooked rice, tasty sauce. My partner got the pineapple chicken but his deep friend chicken was a little overcooked and dry. No real veggie options anywhere on the menu. But overall we were happy, would definitely go back.
