Ordered a meal for the first time from this place just visiting town through Uber eats. Not only did this place not package the meal with any sauce, but they also charged me for a whole musubi they never had in stock from the jump and tried to jip me on the receipt like it was no big deal crossing it off with a marker.

Horrible horrible experience. Went in Friday night to wait over 25 minutes for 2 simple orders. There were 5 people working and they spent the majority of the time standing by grill laughing and talking. Then a very tall large man came walking in and the girls decided it was ok to make fun of him and his man breasts. When my hubby and I saw this we went up to speak to management only to find that one of the women standing around talking and laughing was actually the owner!!!!! We used to love going there but the food had really gone down hill and now thus happened….. we won’t be back. Ridiculous.

Was my first time trying this place out. Really good burgers!! However, the hired help could use some improvement. I was up at the counter and had not yet looked over the menu. I ask the young gal with the Metallica shirt if they have teriyaki pineapple burgers? She says “ I don’t know” I said, really?? You work here and you don’t know??

I get their teriyaki chicken with one scoop of rice, and two scoops of macaroni salad with a Coca Cola. My order was ready within about five minutes and I poured teriyaki and sriracha sauce on it was exquisite.

I was the 2nd person in line and it still took 36 minutes to get my food. I’ve never waited so long at any restaurant. When I got home my egg was almost over hard when I asked for over easy, and the chicken looked like it was deep fried too long.

Waited over 45 minutes for our food, the counter person never gave food ticket to the cook. Terrible service they kept handing out food to 15 other people while we sat here waiting. Just horrible going on an hour now. Food was not very good beef was dry. I’ve been to roxys before but in Beaverton and that was great service and food. This location was horrible all the way around.

My gosh, the new staff in May 2023 have been fantastic. Friendly staff at kiosk and at kitchen. Not a single mistake upgrading orders to “lava” in May, which is new for this location. And orders have never been processed quicker! Wait times are quite brief at the time of this review. Hope this continues 🙂
