This place is a fantastic, fine dining experience for people in the Cambridge area. Right next to MIT, the seafood is fresh and vibrant, and the staff is nice and knowledgeable about the food.

ROW 34 is a standout dining experience that deserves its reputation as a top-notch seafood restaurant in Boston. From the moment we sat down, it was clear that we were in for a treat. We started off with a selection of oysters, and they lived up to the high standards set by other esteemed oyster bars in the city. The freshness and quality were evident with every slurp.

The New England style, unfiltered IPA was on point, the raw oysters were perfect and the $42 buttered lobster roll, properly cooked. Bartender was super friendly and made solid recommendations. Great Boston feels at MIT’s doorstep. Slightly warehouse-y, cold atmosphere but worth it for out of town folks who are not on a tight budget

Halibut – Good combo with the couscous and tomato. Well balanced. Fish was fresh and tasty.

Met a group of friends. Had the clam chowder, not to miss. Loved their board as an appetizer and the butterscotch pudding was lovely

Great service from CJ tending bar! I appreciated the energy she put into making delicious craft cocktails despite the happy hour rush. Appetizers were great too. Pricey, but it’s Kendall Square so what can ya do.

Very amazing spot to dine. Our server Ri was phenomenal and everything we ordered came out fantastic. I would highly recommend their house-made pasta dishes as well as their crudos. A must visit if you’re on MIT or Kendall Square

One of the standout new restaurant additions to the MIT campus and environs. Row 34 is within very easy walking distance of the Kendall/MIT Station on the T Red Line. Super-attentive and professional waitstaff–tip generously and accordingly. Row’s raw bar is a thing of beauty and there are few better places in Cambridge to sample primo shellfish of all kinds. Bring a crew and chow down on all the extensive raw bar options. (Clams are perfect, too!) At lunch, don’t miss the sumptuous tuna-melt. Row’s destination crabcakes also merit a long journey and a heavy hit. Get two orders! Dinner options equally enticing with a fine, reasonably priced wine list, top-shelf cocktails, and great brews on tap. What’s not to love?? Go Already!
