The bartender was very friendly and answered a lot of our questions. We ordered a combo of ribs and chicken with extra sides. There was a young cook so I already knew to expect easy cooking. Sadly, I was disappointed about the chicken since it didn’t have a lot of flavor. I added a lot of BBQ sauce on it, so it was fine, which I think that’s why they cook it the way they do. The ribs were very overcooked. I asked the bartender and she claimed that’s how it’s cooked. I can’t judge it because everyone cooks ribs differently…but it wasn’t for me. Beers are good, but wasn’t impressed with their BBQ food. I truly love the environment and amount of space to bring friends. I am going back because there is NO cover charge unlike some places to go in that area and there is always a table available. I just wish the food was better.

I saw the reviews and I’m shocked. This is the best BBQ I’ve ever had. It’s legit Texas style so it ain’t sweet but man it’s delicious. But the reviews made a lot more sense when I realized that one of the bad ones gave Dunkin’ Donuts 5 stars. Guess they give “local guide” to anyone. Lol. Anyway I’d say get a confusion+ a brisket and ribs with macncheese. You’ll be in for a delicious evening

Worth every penny. I’ve been to every barbecue restaurant in the Hudson Valley, and the prices and flavor of meat Coincide with the rest. I don’t understand the poor reviews. I don’t recommend the chicken or fish Because obviously that doesn’t hold as much of the flavor from the smoking process. I’m truly upset at the (tourist) reviews because I go here often and highly recommend this to everyone. The atmosphere and activities set the bar for a bbq/brewery

Authentic Texas BBQ! Not that candy-coated garbage at chain restaurants, this Q is coated with a spicy dry rub that will have you coming back for more. Vinegar-based sauce on the side. This is adult comfort food, not for kids, even the sides are spicy.
