I’m from Spokane and I’m familiar with round table there. Came to the pasco location thinking it would be like back home. Nope ! Sat down, talked to the lady pouring a draft beer , asked if I could get a ice tea with lemon and ask if I could order a 12 inch pizza to go. She said to look at the board and pick out a pizza and she would be back with my tea. Now understand I worked a 13 hour day in 98 degree heat in full sun I was thirsty! I waited 15min no tea and made eye contact with her a couple times gave her the thirsty hand motion and nothing so I Ieft.

We went last Thursday evening may 25th at 630 pm and the front / cashier worker was extremely rude . Rolled her eyes when my family and I walked in . She looked super annoyed while we ordered . She told my daughter the salad bar closes at 8 , my daughter said ok thanks , it’s barely 7 . We had to ask for our tables to be wiped down , they are very dirty and sticky and she looked annoyed when we asked to have them cleaned . Horrible customer service

Great place for the dragon Pizza one of my favorite pizzas, the dragon Pizza is one of many different kinds of pizza they offer here and now with the fast friendly environment being under the new ownership of Columbia Industries , I would give them 5 stars for being more of a family-oriented place

My family of 5 really love your pizza. But the last few times I’ve ordered online for pick up has not been good! First time it was 28 degrees out and someone walked out to their car with my order and got ran down by an employee saying they messed up. Then took it from her and met me inside and gave it to me like nothing ever happened. Lol! And tonight I show up and they gave some of my order to someone else so I had to wait an extra 20 minutes when I show up 5 minutes later than they told me to arrive! Not happy for spending $60. Whats the point of ordering ahead!

Always lacking something but I keep trying for some reason. Ordered online for pick up. $45 for a cold medium pizza and some chicken nuggets that they’re calling “boneless wings”. I live under 5 minutes away so it wasn’t the drive home and was also a few minutes earlier than the online receipt said it would be ready. The price doesn’t concern me when things are as they should be.

We order RoundTable almost once a month. The online ordering is super nice and I like that we earn points. We get to redeem them for a variety of food options. The past few times placing an order online, we have had to wait about 10 minutes for it to be ready. We schedule about an hour in advance and expect the order to be ready on time. Its disappointing when it is not.
