This was my first and last time visiting this restaurant. Almost every table was dirty and not bussed – and weren’t cleaned the entire time we were there for almost 2 hours. All but 3 napkin dispensers were empty. There was only 1 other couple in the restaurant. The cashier had an ear bud in and obviously listening to music, made us repeat ourselves several times and then left the cash drawer open and accessible while he walked to the back to find a pen. We had to tell another employee to close the till, who seemed unfazed by this. We waited 30 minutes before I went to see what was taking so long on 3 twists and a medium pepperoni. The cashier told us, “it’s just really busy right now”, as I looked at 1 other table and no other customers had come in for pickups. For the next hour, 2 more customers came for to go orders and still no employees had time to clean the dining room. The pizza was less than average for RTP which is a bummer for such an expensive meal. It was a terrible first impression and I wish I had read the reviews here first.

We ordered ahead on the app. When we arrived at the estimated time our order should’ve been ready, we were told they had either lost the pizza or someone forgot to make it. We were offered a refund and told it would be a 15-20 minute wait for a new pizza. We ended up waiting 25 minutes. When we followed up on the offer of a refund the employee said it would take them a while to figure out how to do it. We didn’t want to wait any longer so we left without any compensation for our wasted time on their behalf. When we got to the car we realized the pizza they had made us was completely wrong. It was overall a horrible experience.

I order xl gv pizza and 12 bread sticks. I order online and it was paid . My sister went to pick up pizza and they gave her such a bad attitude . They were not going to give her pizza apparently who ever order that person have to come pick up . Then i had to send my id pic and they gave her pizza. Then pizza was such a bad quality . Pizza and bread sticks were half way cooked . My kids came from school and i was sick at home had covid cant take it back . So kids eat as it is . When i called the store they said i have to bring that back other wise they are not going to give me any service. They dont care if person is sick or stuck with situation . And not even care about bad rating .

My experience here was terrible. They had no clean cups but did not disclose that their was a wait on clean cups during check out. While I was at the counter getting ready to order a guy came out with a Hawaiian pizza and asked my children while they were at the table if they ordered a Hawaiian pizza. Should have been the first red flag. The young girls working the register did not know how properly take orders. We ordered the sports pack and an additional personal size garlic chicken pizza. We get our wings and bread twist about 30 minutes later our wings came to us warm. No biggie we still were willing to eat them. Then 10 minutes after that our pizza comes out the young girl sets the tray hanging off the table / over my son lap. I go to move the pizza tray and place fully on the table assuming it’s hot and to move it from over my son. The pizza was not hot it was warm and looked as if it had been sitting there. I picked up the tray took it to the counter and let the employee Jeremy know that it is cold and I would like to just have a refund for the pizza and would not mind paying for the wings, breadsticks and soda since we had consumed them. He assured me they could make me a new pizza and it would not take long and apologized for the service. I told him that would be fine to give them a chance to right their wrong . I assumed my personal size pizza was delayed also so I patiently waited for both pizzas to come to us. Only to get a beat up thin pizza and still no personal sized garlic chicken pizza. I told Jeremy to please give me a refund for the personal sized pizza that had not even been prepped yet. He apologized again for the service and gave me my refund. Jeremy A. and the dishwashing employee were the only ones on this shift that I observed actually working and taking their job serious. The two young girls were not on task and lost. One of them even asked my underage teen son when he went to get a box if he wants a tattoo and proceeded to show him her snake tattoo, totally unprofessional!!Over all my experience here was terrible which sucks because we like this location. Unfortunately we will not be back here. Side note there were multiple parties / families that had delays and missing food items. ***Jeremy A. was super apologetic and he did show great customer service unfortunately he can’t be responsible for other co workers who drop the ball. ***

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Majority of the staff laughing, playing around while my food sat there and got cold. One of the staff members talked to my child about getting a tattoo and almost dropped the entire pizza on his lap. The restaurant was dirty, there are never enough cups and the customer service here was horrible. You should look into hiring professionals instead of folks who take your business for a joke. Your employees do not represent you well and this was my last time eating here.

Tonight: Order a pizza an hour ago, I called 1hr 20 min later to be told they lost my order. I ordered 12 bread sticks, 6 wings, one large pep and one large gourmet veggie. How do you lose that? I would haven’t known unless I called. For the last hour I have a toddler asking for pizza. This is so messed. SMH
