Today I picked up pizza for the customer. I stood quietly and waited for the employee to serve the client, then she started talking on the phone and it lasted more than 10 minutes. Meanwhile, my pizza was ready and lying on the shelf, cooled down… and the worker kept talking on the phone. I couldn’t stand it and asked to give me a pizza for the customer, to which she rudely replied so that I could wait a minute… this coin still lasted as much as three and only after that she finished talking on the phone and began to teach me to be patient, she said all this in a very rude form. I let myself notice that she was rudely talking to which she answered me so that I would never go to this pizzeria again. I have a question, customers who order online, don’t they have the right to get fresh and hot pizza? Didn’t they pay that much money? And why do such rude workers work in such places?

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a pizza buffet, I’m sorry to say that this location may no longer be the best choice for you. As a previous customer, you may be disappointed to learn that the restaurant no longer offers this popular feature, which was likely the main reason for your visits in the past.

I’ve been a very loyal customer of this Round Table for many years, ordering weekly for at least a decade. Tonight we ordered a pizza to be delivered at 6:00. At 6:20 we didn’t have it so I called and the person that answered the phone said the delivery driver had “just left.” At 6:40, I got a text saying my pizza would be delivered at 7:04. I called back and got the same guy, who said it should be here any minute, then he said Door Dash picked it up at 6:30 (after I had called the first time). He said everything was Door Dash’s fault and there was nothing he could do. I asked for a manager. She, too, had several different stories about when it was taken out and when it would be delivered, though she assured me it was not being delivered by Door Dash. They were clearly just trying to get me off the phone with no regard to telling me the truth. When the pizza arrived (delivered by Door Dash) it had obviously been out of the oven for a very long time. It was cold. I was a Round Table manager for many years. Lying to the customer and setting bad expectations to get yourself off the hook is the worst thing you can do. Tell your customer the truth, even if you made a mistake. I’m going to see if the Round Table on Riley will deliver to me. If not, I’ll find a different pizza place. It’s a shame because Round Table Pizza will always be my favorite.

Staff was nice. We ordered a small pepperoni pizza and a salad. The boiled eggs at the salad were sour, the edamami tasted old and not bright green like they should be, the blue cheese salad dressing didn’t taste like it should and the cheese on the pizza was sour tasting as well. Just want let management know customers can get sick on old food items. I get it, it’s expensive to maintain fresh ingredients. Also, the tables had not been bused right away, and the carpets could use a shampoo, and the front had dirty hand prints all over it. We will not be returning to this round table. Can’t take the chance of getting ill from old ingredients. That’s not what we paid for. Good luck in the future.

After being loyal customers for some 30 years, we are now loyal Ciro’s customers. Their pizza has always been better, but your coupons made your pizzas the better bang for the buck. Now that you are no longer providing coupons, we have moved up to the better pizza. I have tried to use your app, but it is worthless. All I get is a pile of emails that do me little good.
