I genuinely feel somewhat traumatized at how bad the pizza was. It was very dry and tasted like burnt oven. I dont usually leave bad reviews but this might have been the absolute worst pizza that i have had in several years. The Lady working the beer on tap with the very long hair was beyond amazing and is way too skilled to be working there. She deserves a promotion. However we will never return. It was an overpriced and underwhelming experience.

Placed order online and called 30 minutes after the order was estimated to arrive. I was put on hold twice, each time the call was disconnected. When I called the third time, they told me the order would go out for deliver in 15 minutes, which meant they forgot to place the order. It would be helpful to offer a break on the order or cover for a huge mistake. It’s been 2 hours and the order is still not here, and we’re 1.5 miles away.

The pizza was good, as I have come to expect from Round Table and arrived in a timely fashion. The bathrooms, however, were in dire need of cleaning and re-supplying paper of all sorts. Napkins in the front were also in need of stocking. This was on a Saturday, just before noon. Other than the hygiene of the restrooms and lack of napkins all else was in a reasonable state.

We love Roundtable. Expecially that the bake the pizza fully. The crust is perfect and I am able to eat a slice without all the toppings falling off. The staff at this location were nice and keep the dining room clean

I used to always be excited to order Round Table but the last few times have been incredibly disappointing leaving me not wanting to order again. No pizza sauce no cheese very few toppings? It is supposed to be pizza isn’t it? Not crust pizza, just overall very dissatisfied with the new management and their idea of quality. And by the reviews I’m not the Only one who feels this way, you might want to double check your orders before they go out because the quality of your pizza just keeps going downhill and I’m sorry to say this because this used to be my favorite pizza!

So nice to get great pizza at this place. Since moving to AZ where they don’t have Round Table, I have missed having such great pizza. Today was as good as ever… nothing can beat my half Maui Zowie, half Italian garlic supreme. The employees always tell me that is their favorite combination too so I am on the money with that five star choice….

The pizza was great. The lady who took my order not so much. I went there Thursday with a friend and then Friday by myself. Oct 20th and 21st the same lady helped me both times she is very rude maybe she hates white people…or people in general, especially if you get something free with your rewards and her little scanner doesn’t work she says things to make it seem like your cheating the system. She always says its not gonna scan a picture of the code. ( when I’m using the code directly from the app) qrc code. I haven’t been there for a while because she said similar things last time I was there. She won’t tell me her name so I can report her to corporate. But thes a big Hispanic lady with blonde hair….she needs to go she is so rude its not comfortable to go in there, and any errors are always the customers fault. I read reviews and I think that other people have complained about her as well. When they ask you to email customer support and you take the time to re write the whole thing over, they could care less because they don’t contact you so don’t bother
