Garbage. Pizza was still dough. Paid for stuff I didn’t get. They put a medium pizza in a small box so it cut off the crust and pulled the cheese. Then when I called they put me on hold instead of fixing the situation. I worked for round table when I was younger. None of us would have let this pizza out the doors. Mountain mikes is better in Fairfield.

Sunday night, we arrived at Round Table on sunset around 8:30pm. We waited a few moments till the rest of our party arrived. They arrived at 8:45 pm. We were 3 families , 7 adults and 7 children. When I had placed my order with assuming Manager Brian, things were great. He was friendly and even advised that ordering online could save us some money, but I had declined. My sister did place her order online as well as our other sister. Mine was the only one done at the counter. I placed my order at 8:52pm and was told it would be done in 20 min, we found a spot where we can all sit together and enjoy our dinner. I received my order around 9:20pm, my sister received hers at 9:25. We all began to eat all while our other sister was waiter for her order. Nobody at this time nor when we placed our order did they mention that we needed to leave at 9:30pm. At this time, our sister still had not received her pizza, and it was 9:31pm. The manager (assuming) Brian then said that we needed to leave because they were closed. Our sister had told him that they were still waiting for her order. He walked back, and it was sitting behind the counter and stated that she never asked for her order and, therefore, it wasn’t their fault. 2 min later, Brian comes from behind the counter and says that he had already asked us to leave and that we needed to start picking up because they were closed. Again, we were never addressed and told that we needed to be gone before 9:30pm. He told us at 9:31pm, He then started to Harass along with the 2 other employees (girls) and stated that if we did not get up and leave, he was going to call the police and has every right to refuse service. My husband had told him that our sister had just received their pizza two minutes ago, and if he would allow us to let the children eat that we would be out of their way, he said no, and that it was not his problem and still threatened to call the cops. He did indeed call the police. We were not the only people in the restaurant. There was another gentleman who happened to be homeless that they didn’t ask to leave, just us. All we were trying to do was eat and leave back home. We have always stopped there to eat after coming back from six flags since it’s on the way home. This has never happened to us before and we have been to that restaurant a lot of times. Brian and the other 2 employees were flat out disrespectful, yelling and cussing at us all while we told him they didn’t need to talk to us that way and we had children at the table listening to everything. Things were escalating. Around 9:40 i went to have a conversation on the side with Brian and one of the female employees and told him that If would have mentioned to us when we had placed our order, that the dinning area was closed or that we couldn’t sit down or mentioned something of the sort then we wouldn’t have stayed, he did say that he failed to mention that to me. The female employee then said she didn’t say anything because she was trying to accommodate us. I did mention i was going to file a complaint, and one of the female employees just laughed. We did end up leaving around 9:45 and as we were leaving 3 police had arrived. We did not get to speak with them, but it’s so unfortunate that we will not be going there ever again. They definitely need some training on how to speak to their customers and learn better customer service. We didn’t even complain that our pizza was not cooked completely and / or cut correctly. The pizza was definitely not good and undercooked. We couldn’t even pull the slices apart without ripping the toppins off. I hope I get a response back regarding this situation.

We ordered then had to ask for plates for salads, go back ask for cups for soda. The salad bar was a mess with salad dressing dropped within it and on the floor in front of it. With olives and other food. The lettuce tray was only about 25% full and was so dry it had probably been there since they opened that day!

Pizza good (5 stars) – but the AC has been out for a couple months – you’d think that w/ $3 sodas for example, they’d fix it sooner. Supposedly will be fixed finally next week! We shall see. No apologies or discounts because of it. If it’s hot outside it’s like being in the pizza oven inside. Imagine how hot it would be for the kitchen staff working around a hot oven. The apparent apathy deserves only 1 star, but gave 3 only because the pizza great and service is fast and to the table.

The cashier (Arlhet M) was very rude. Did not give us suggestions for our kids. Salad bar is $8.99 for a personal size with not refill . Waiting time was 35 min for 1 large pizza.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I did an online order for delivery. Our time passed so we called. Then the guy tried to tell us it was for pick up, ok then why charge us a delivery charge. We didn’t have our order number so we call back once we found it and was told no order under thar number. We are looking at it in my laptop. They finally found it and said it was coming out of the oven and another 45 minutes after we have already waited an hour. Then out for delivery was over 20 minutes when I live 2 blocks (yes I was lazy). We call and they told us not sure what you want us to do about it, and hung up on us. It took over 2 hours to finally get our pizza. This is unprofessional and horrible customer service skills.

Had the worst experience with buffet. Arrived at 6:30 pm which should be right in the middle of the buffet time. Only a few pieces of pizza, salad bar empty. And When I asked if they could refill the salad bar, I was told that they would get to it. I waited at least 10 minutes for the salad bar to be refilled. Also when they put pizza up on the heater bar, it was one pizza at a time every 4 minutes. And of course every pizza wad gone within 1 minute. I was with my husband and 4 children. Definitely a horrible experience.
