I called this location around 11:15 a.m. on 12/20 to ask if they had the pizza buffet. Eagerly, they replied that they did and it started at 11:30 sharp. So me and my very hungry toddlers proceeded to make our way to the restaurant and got there around 11:35. I walked in and placed my $30 order for two adults and a child buffets and to our surprise, the pizzas were still not ready. I said, “no worries girls they are getting them out in a minute or two.” 30 minutes, which seemed like an eternity at the time, one pizza finally made it out. 5 minutes later, 12:05 PM, the rest came out. I wouldn’t be complaining if Round Table would just advertise the correct time they began their outrageously priced buffet at 12:00 PM rather than 11:30 am, however, when people are told a time and are under a time constraint, then it becomes an issue. Next time I’ll just take my business to Mountain Mike’s where at least they get their advertising on point!

Worst round table I have ever been to. I ordered from the app and they wouldn’t deliver to the hotel we were staying at 1.6 miles away. so we ordered for pick-up. The Pizzas were over cooked and cut improperly, they weren’t ready when we got there and we came 10 minutes later than the time they were supposed to be ready. They didn’t make the salad we ordered, and instead told us to make our own. The vegetables for the salad were not in the greatest shape. The cucumbers were frozen and nothing seemed fresh at all. There was no ranch dressing which I ordered for the garlic bread sticks, and they didn’t even have the soda we ordered either.

I asked for a half light cheese pizza and half regular cheese..they gave me regular cheese all around and I called and complained and the guy said next time I have to ask for extra light cheese..that’s the best he came up with no refund or nothing. Also the cinnamon sticks we got were done extra well they were so hard! I couldn’t believe it. So the next time I asked for half extra light cheese and they gave me extra light cheese all around. Jesus christ people! Smh. So hard to find good pizza around here

Place is a joke I made a order for 49 dollars and they refused to take a 100 dollar bill..every other place takes 100 dollar bills but this place. Place is a joke and the people working here is a joke…this place is like dead with no customers because the way they treat their customers like garbage. I will never come back to this business…people beware of this ROUND TABLE..can’t pay with a large bills they will not accept it.place is not what the customers would like to spend there money at.better off going to domino’s and ordering a pizza and chicken wings…
