“Exceptional customer service! During my visit in February, I ordered a King Arthur Supreme with special meat placement on half the pie due to my vegetarian brother. The wait became unusually long, and when I called, they explained that the driver had forgotten the pizza. They not only apologized but also offered free chicken wings. Although the first driver brought the pizza sans wings, we were already hungry and dug in. Surprisingly, another driver arrived later with a fresh pizza and wings at no cost! I called to express my gratitude, and they mentioned they just wanted to make things right. This level of service is rare these days. We enjoyed the delicious pizza twice and even took some back to Texas. Though I live hours away from their Texas branches, I truly appreciate the Daly City Round Table Pizza team’s dedication to their customers.”

2 hours to deliver a pizza, it showed up cold, burnt and literally had no toppings. The crust was either rock hard or super doughy in spots. Every time I called in to ask about it while I was waiting they just put me on hold or were talking to me on the phone while talking to their co-workers at the same time. Waste of money.

I’ve been buying pizza here before, good customer service, but today, female employee, last day working, gave me the Worst service from this place, repeat business, Not from me or anyone I know. And no other employee stepped up to help take my Money, so I will go elsewhere. Daly city Round Table Sucks.

The quality and freshness of pizza and garden salad was great. I highly recommend the Buffalo wings- the meat was plump, tender and flavorful. Plenty of parking. The service, however, was quite lacking and unfriendly. The chocolate chip cookies (a $12.99 value) which were a part of the family meal deal was missing when I arrived back home. They also missed out on the salad dressing and the blue cheese dip for the wings. Disappointing experience, will not purchase food here again.

So upon entering Round TThe girlable PizzaWhen I walked up to the girl and asked her what specials she had, which weren’t that many mainly only one. Which was way over priced. The bathroom door was locked. She took forever to open, just so I could wash my hands. The restaurant has way to many flies and knats. They’re lucky they’re getting 1 .

The pizza Dough was good and they went HEAVY with Toppings which was awesome, but they somehow forgot the pizza Sauce which means the cooks don’t read the tickets thoroughly. Also didn’t receive the 5oz side of marinara sauce which makes me think they don’t even look at orders before just sending them out. Check your order before you leave with it guys. I used a third party so I can’t get my money back.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would but I can’t! First of all I waited 2 hours for a pizza I never got showed up at my pick up time and they told me 20 more minutes so I sit in my car and wait. When I go back they try to tell me a few more minutes by this time I’m 2 hours in on waiting and guess what the oven is broken! Why didn’t they just tell me that right when I came in the first time. Not sure the logic in that anyways I asked for a refund which was also another round around! Avoid at all cost!!!!

The pizza is consistent with any other Round Table Pizza. The food is great and there’s always coupons to this place. The manager is really nice and accommodating. I wouldn’t recommend eating in there as it does smell sort of funny. Get your pizza to go and enjoy your slice.
