I ordered my parents 2 medium pizzas (1 King Arthur and 1 Maui Zaui with no green onions) and asked if they could write a message for them in the boxes and just wanted to say THANK YOU GUYS it really made there day food was perfect and my parents had nothing but good words for the driver as well mom said she was super friendly thank you guys for all the hard work and going above and beyond for your customers it really means alot

There were children running throughout the entire restaurant. They were screaming and throwing little balls playing keep away. It was not enjoyable at all. We were not able to have a conversation between us. The parents did not try to control them or ask them to quit screaming. One gentleman made his child sit down at their table. He also apologized for the disturbing atmosphere. I believe it was a team celebrating after their game. They had similar uniforms on. We will not dine in again.

Great and salad bar. Customer service is great and orders are served in a reasonable amount of time considering how busy this restaurant is. Good little arcade area available for children. They offer a few closed off private party rooms. The only negative thing about this facility is the fact that a lot of the tables are left dirty. Many dining tables had pizza and drinks left on the table and weren’t cleaned up for customers to use. The table adjacent to us was left dirty for over an hour. Plenty of parking available.

So I did have a party reserved here but decided not to go through with it, canceled a week in advance. First red flag was $40 deposit. I’ve had tons of parties at multiple locations (first time in Madera) and never been charged a deposit and they said it’s a cleaning fee and none of it goes towards food that’s insane charging a huge cleaning fee never heard of that before. Second red flag is they don’t have a catering menu and again most round tables have a catering menu and it usually consist of the same 4 packages to choose from. When I asked to speak to someone to explain why they’re different from all the rest of the franchise chain, the lady stated they are not corporate. So I’ll take my business elsewhere, the Kerman location offers the catering services and doesn’t require a deposit. Seems a bit fishy here.

Always good pizza. The salad bar had pretty scarce pickins’ at 6:30-ish on a Sunday evening. The salad containers were empty and no refills in sight. This restaurant has been in Madera for 30+ years and is a popular spot for families and local sports teams. It could use some updating and more thorough maintenance; ex: Our chairs were dirty and sticky. The napkin holders were empty.

Usually have not had a problem, but today was bad. Pizza was cold, no delivery option was available so we had to drive to pick it up. Pizza was overall just not very good. Ordered two, and they just didn’t taste good at all. Forgot the hot honey on one pizza. The guy behind the counter had black painted fingernails, which were chipped, so hopefully it didn’t end up in our food. Overall bad experience. Because of this we will definitely seek out other places. Round Table is super expensive, and I feel like I got robbed. In my opinion, both pizzas were worth $20 instead of the $45 we were charged. And the black painted fingernails with chips on a guy, seriously!!?? Overall bad experience.

Such a terrible experience! I called to order in for to-go and found myself on hold for 5 minutes before I could even place the order. I arrived at the expected ready time and was told it would be another 10 minutes. Staff were rude, short with customers, and preferred to hide in the kitchen even when they had customers asking for help at the register. Tables were left dirty and unclean with cleaning supplies out in the open. And wait times were unforgivable. One family waited over an hour for their orders of wings! My order didn’t come out until over 30 minutes after I was promised it would be ready. Turns out it had been sitting in the warmer most of the time losing freshness and going stale. All they offered me was a few breadsticks on my next visit. I’m normally a huge fan of Round Table pizza but this location is far from worthy of carrying the Round Table name and logo!

Never again this place has very bad service first they had no ice they kept telling me that someone was gonna go buy some ice an they never did ! Second those fake games they have in that game room r ridiculous $20 went fast so fast I almost cried there salad was no good the onions were old they looked like it sat there for at least 3 days , an to top it off way expensive way not worth it
