What a joke! Also a rip off. $30 for a Medium Pizza! We ordered, pizza it was delivered burnt. I called in to have it replaced and was told by Yaya, they would give us a pizza for next time and to ask for the manager Reza. I decided to try again the next week. When I called to order I was told they would only take $5 off and that I should have checked the pizza and turned it upside down before letting the delivery driver leave…not to mention, we asked for contacless delivery. The so-called manager preceded to argue with me for several minutes. Not only we were we unable to enjoy our pizza the first time but, we were lied to and not offered a replacement. Would not recommend this location at all. What a waste!

Food is terrible. Ordered online and got there a few minutes early, ended up waiting for over 20 mins, and no one apologized for the wait.. they are very disorganized. And the food is not good. Ordered a salad, and all the pieces were discolored. Would only accept a full refund. Won’t be returning.

Changed owners or something because the almost $40? pizza is not anywhere near as good, crust not cooked in middle, soggy, and very greasy. Used to be great but it’s not anymore and delivery took forever, used to be quick. Even driver seemed bothered and as if he hated his job. No longer recommend, the store in Mission Viejo is 100% better. Avoid this tiny location.

Should have read the reviews from this location before ordering. Without reading all the reviews it’s no wonder why they have a 2.8 rating. Our Buffalo mild wings were not even tossed in sauce and it looked like they just dripped sauce over naked wings. And let’s not talk about some pieces of the pizza were missing the bottom crust! Yeah, took a nice big bite of air and cheese. Bad location and never again. ✌️

Moved to the area in 2020 and I have tried 4X to give them a chance but each time its been a epic failure for flavor and fallowing instruction’s… the crust has no flavor has the taste of just being mixed and made 20 minutes ago and when your ordering the king Arthur the toppings need to be correct to have the flavor and not reduced or skimped on, you should not be able to see the crust on that particular pizza. I placed the order when i was there, each time & still it was messed up, kids and a lady work the place. Corporate should review their practices… frozen Pizzas’ have more flavor and consistency they do

I ordered from your Laguna Niguel location in June 24 and spent $49.65. The driver was extremely late and after spending an hour standing outside trying to direct him and the store by phone the pizzas arrived about 1.5 hours after being ordered. It was Luke warm and half my guests had already gone home. My kid was crying from being over hungry. We had a couple pieces and have the rest away. I called a week later to ask for a credit on a new order and they said they wouldn’t do anything for me since I was complaining a week later instead of the day of. Very bad experience and very lame reason not to make up for it. They get 3 stars because I’ve ordered from them numerous times in the past and the food/delivery were usually better.

I’m impressed. Never had their pizza before until a couple nights ago, and I had to order again tonight. They do their wings proper for oven baked. Most chain places over sauce the wings and they lose their crispness, but these folks seem to get it. Fried wings are better in my opinion, but I definitely liked these. The Pizza I ordered was a complicated 1/2 this and 1/2 that, two different sauces and toppings. They nailed it! Quality ingredients and plenty of them piled up to perfection. Thanks guys!

This place is a pile of hot, smoldering garbage. Ordered pizza on 4.28.18 from this location and received the pizza over 90 minutes after quoted delivery time (it also arrived cold and as though someone threw the pizza on the ground). Manager offered to credit us the order for next time. Fast forward to today, when I decided to try again. Unfortunately, the credits were not placed on my account. I will not encourage anyone to patron this establishment and will begin actively encouraging the opposite.
