Visited them May 11 around 3pm. Waited 10 mins for wings and a salad which was fine since I was dining in. When I received my order, the salad looked like it was starting to rot. It was a wet mess and just cheese thrown into the bowl. On the bottom, the leaves were translucent, bruised, and brown and yellow leaves. Went up and asked for a refund and told the cashier. She went to get the manager and with just a glance at the bowl, she immediately gave me an attitude and asked what was wrong. Told her I was not trying to be rude and explained exactly what I told the cashier and that I didn’t want it anymore. The manager looked upset and proceeds to tell me that it was fresh from this morning however I still did not want it. Not sure if it was another manager or cashier but he looks at the salad, huffs and slams it into the trash. I got my refund but the entire situation was upsetting as this entire encounter felt avoidable. Ruined my entire lunch and I left. Definitely not coming back.

they were SO RUDE! I walked up and the girl working looked right at me, said nothing, then turned her back and walked away. I don’t expect five star service from stressed out college students but if someone is trying to order, please do the BARE MINIMUM and take their order!!

We were there at 2pm on the 21st of September. The pizza was terrible, it was rubbery dough, very acidic sauce, and the service sucked. I literally heard the workers say they had no more garlic twists to people then a girl came in(who I assume they thought was pretty) and they told her they could make them for her fresh if she wanted so nice going round table. Just tell me I’m ugly next time instead of saying you’re out of the twists.

It is a great pizza establishment, located in Bronco Student Center. I have been here many times, in between classes, and after classes. It is the only establishment on campus, that serves beer and wine on campus. The prices for them are quite fair. Of course, without alcohol, they also serve delicious pizza. They are, also, fairly priced. Definitely, I miss this establishment, since I have graduated from Cal Poly Pomona. I miss the times spent at this establishment, after my classes, in the evenings.

The pizza is overly expensive. The pepper on the table always gives me the runs. Me and a friend ordered a large meat lovers and we didn’t have a good bowel movement in days. The dough tastes like it has been frozen for weeks. I get charged for the frozen marinara sauce sometimes. The soda machine gave me black dirt in my sprite once and i was repulsed. I am giving this 2 stars because it’s the only actual pizza place on campus. The Pizza bagel at Einstein’s Bagels are far superior than the #3 with pepperoni at Round Table. There is no love put into the pizza.

OMG the pizza at round table is one of the best of the best in California!

Came on a University Tour and decided try Round Table Pizza on campus. My group ordered a medium sized multiple topping pizza for roughly $21; once we received the pizza it appeared overly cooked as the toppings and crust were burnt. We asked for a remade pizza and the cashier aggressively threw it in the trash with an unprofessional attitude. This is not customer service and clearly shows the result of training their employees recieve.

They ran out of pizza. Then they tried to say as an excuse that it something that happens all the time. Like you guys should prepare better in that case. A pizza joint should not be running out of pizza on a regular basis.

Overpriced. If they slashed prices in half it would be fair. Anyone who thinks this is decent price is crazy. You could just order a pizza and that would be cheaper even after the delivery fee and tip.

Those staff who got an attitude seems like they’ve planned their next 20 years working for major fast food chain. Keep up the great work!
