Ordered online, pick up time was 6:00. When I arrived they told me 15 more minutes.. The delivery guy is in the parking lot smoking (not on deliveries), the lobby was nearly empty. It was obviously not very busy. I already waited half and hr for the original order and had to sit in my car for another 15.. bad customer service.
