Had an outstanding experience at the restaurant and even better conversation with Wilder our server. This food is hands down the best in Mackinac!! Highly recommend the Mac and cheese if you are hungover (it’s on the kids menu). The view is peaceful and romantic. We love this hotel and restaurant so much and will be back!

We ate at the restaurant multiple times during our visit. The food was great, and the service was awesome! We loved each waitress we had, like Michelle. Crystal was our hostess and she has such a fun personality. We enjoyed getting to know her too. We had the same waitress a couple times, and I feel bad I didn’t get her name, but she was great, as well.

Lots of unpriced items (specifically their beverages). However, you can get reasonably-priced coffee selections as well as a wide selection of reasonably-priced salads and sandwich croissants and there is indoor and outdoor seating with a pleasant view of the Straits while you eat inside our out on the deck. This is a good place to have lunch and have a great view at the same time.

Sometimes we have a great server other times we do not. Sometimes we’re the only ones on the patio, other times it’s super crowded. Food is solid. Love that I can get in with short notice reservations. Like their draft list. This is a nice lunch spot.

The service was great. I ordered the Michigan Cherry Chicken salad and I ate all of it – it was so tasty. There was live music and the singer was very talented. The atmosphere was friendly, cozy and comfortable. The restaurant was kid friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re on Mackinac Island.

Wow I was hesitant coming here as the reviews are low but we had the best food and service. We came here for breakfast lunch and dinner over the course of our vacation. Everything was great and you can’t beat the view! The beef medallions were amazing and the whipped potatoes were the best.
