I come here every once in a while for a by-the-slice pizza. There’s a couple high top tables right by the front window. But if you want to be wowed, get the thin crust. I recently ordered two 24″(I think) thin crusts for my guys in the shop and everyone enjoyed them. Great pizza.

This pizza was amazing. I was very pleased as soon as I opened the box. Perfect bake, this is a chicken, pepperoni, green pepper. It is delicious. I couldn’t even wait to take a picture first. I just dug right in lol. Thank you

I use to love Rosati’s pizza from the Elmhurst location. I ordered a sausage pizza from the carol Stream and it was terrible. I couldn’t believe it. The sausage had like bone pieces in it and barely any sauce compared to normal. It was like the pizza was just thrown together and with old ingredients that were just sitting around for a while or made in properly. Unless Rosati’s all together changed the way they make pizza. I will not go back to the carol stream location. Sad since I just moved to Carol Stream and used to order Rosati’s but now I won’t and no closer locations. Very disappointing

Terrible delivery experience. We ordered a pizza, fried ravioli and chopped salad. When the food arrived it was cold. Apparently the driver cant count from 1 to 10 and knock on door 8. Furthermore we were missing my wife’s meal, the chopped salad! When i called the driver and asked if he had the salad he said “Um…..i dont know”. A fine answer for a child attending school but an unacceptable answer for grown ups in business. So i called the restaurant and suggested to cancel the order if it was going to be longer than 15 minutes and they told me the driver would be there in 5 minutes. 45 minutes passes by and our food is cold waiting for my wifes salad so we can eat together as a family. No salad still. I called and got a refund for the salad even though i feel that we should have been refunded for the whole meal given that none of us ate this cold garbage. $80 for 3 menu items isnt worth it. You can dine in a finer restaurant for that.

It’s been a few months since I ordered pizza from Rosati’s Carol Stream. Today I ordered a small thin crust, well done cheese and sausage with easy on the sauce. I don’t know what happened in the past few months but this was the worst pizza ever! Cheese had no flavor, sausage too spicy and greasy, crust tasted like one of those freezer burnt pizza crust that you get at the grocery store and chewy like cardboard. Oh and sauce was not that “easy”, a big thick pasty ring circled around the edge, and was not the light tasting fresh marinara that used to be on my pizza in the past..

I will never eat from this location again. Today I went and ordered a slice of cheese pizza and bit into a piece of metal and almost swallowed it. After I finished choking to death, I called rosati’s to complain and not only did they forget to apologize about the incident but they asked me to send the picture so they can review it and just offered me another slice of pizza. NO THANK YOU!!!!!

I love Rosatis but this was ridiculous my fries were soggy to the point where oil was soaking through the bag and the fries were tough we also ordered bread sticks and the basically gave us a pizza with no sauce and no cheese, this was very disappointing to have come from Rosatis being I’ve never had a bad experience with any other locations. I hope they can fix this for future customers but I personally will not be ordering from this location again.

The food was good. I ordered a calzone and it was the same quality as I have received from other Rosati’s locations. I would give the food 5 stars. However, I made the mistake of picking up my order from this location. I would give the ease of ordering, the store set up, and payment options 0 stars. This store is not made for social distancing. Only about 2-3 people can safely be in the store at a time. Everyone lined up outside the door and waited their turn. As the weather gets colder, this will be horrible. There were about 7 or more people in line behind me when I left, with most waiting patiently outside. It took about 10 min to pick up my food. I ordered online but I could not pay online. The website did not have an online payment option. The credit card machine at the store had issues. Both my credit card and the person in front if me had issues being read by the credit card. This is what caused the large line to form. My food was done exactly at the time I said I would arrive, and it was. I just didn’t know that I should have added 10 minutes to the pick up time. I have ordered from a pizza competitor during this pandemic, and they handled it amazingly. I have also ordered from several chain restaurants in the area, and they have all handled the pandemic situation well. I expected Rosati’s in Carol Stream to also handle this situation well. I was very disappointed. I would order from Rosati’s again, but not from this location during the pandemic.

There employees are drunk or what I don’t know. I order margarita pizza and they give me white pizza.. really they don’t know the difference.. still I told to manager she till me it’s yours fault.. so I garbage pizza in front of her.. what a great service!!!
