This business has been a staple for myself and my family since we moved to AZ almost 8 years ago. Recently, the quality has fallen off so badly that I’m not sure we’ll place another order again. My food has been cold the last 3 times I’ve ordered ahead and picked up 20+ minutes prior to the scheduled time (this time we were nearly 35+ early). My desserts have been frost burnt and the workers up front have been deadpan, rude, and overall extremely unfriendly. Don’t get me wrong. Even cold, this pizza is still fantastic and better than anywhere else I’ve found since moving from Chicago. But for the price were willing to pay for it, I’d expect it to at least be fresh. I’m not sure if this location was franchised over the last few years, but I’ve not been more disappointed in quality than I was for my birthday pickup last night. Please fix the order ahead system. Cold pizza at the price we pay on a slow evening where none of the staff appeared to have anything to do to begin with is just downright despicable. Frost bitten dessert is a whole other issue. Our sauce on the pasta was HARDENED from having sat out however long it did. If you’re going to make a venture out for rosatis, please make sure you order delivery or dine in. Ordering ahead will never be the way to go.

I ordered a medium sausage pizza with LIGHT sauce, garlic cheese STICKS, and an order of French fries. When I arrived, they had made mozzarella sticks instead of cheese sticks, didn’t have fries. I asked 3 times if they had regular cheese sticks and the guy said yes. I got home and opened my pizza box and it looked like they put EXTRA sauce on my pizza and I had garlic bread instead of garlic sticks. I asked for light sauce on purpose because I get heart burn if I have stuff that’s too saucy. Only reason I have 3 stars instead of 2 is because the guy too the fries off my order and took off like $3 extra.

Absolutely the best in the valley!! Pizza from Chicago and it’s thin crust. the sausage is so delicious with fresh ingredients.. Tempe location is the absolute number one place to go. They do not skimp on toppings!!! You will love the Classic combo.. So yummy!!!

First day moving to Chandler and I’ve heard good things about Rosati’s. I ordered delivery and it was an 80-90 minute wait. I got a 12” and 6 wings and it was $50 with tip. When it finally arrived, they forgot the wings and asked if they could just refund them. The pizza was terrible. As you pull it out of the box all of the toppings fall off. The dough was the hardest crust I’ve every tasted. I guess they don’t have the hydration percentage correct or the oven temp/time accurate but I could chip a tooth on the crust/bone. I finally received my 6 wings, 122 minutes after placing the order and they came with blue cheese instead of ranch like I ordered. I will never be ordering rosati’s again.

Pizza has always been great, recently ordered the chicken parm… the chicken was a charcoal brique…… a giant piece of carbon that used to be a chicken breast…. called to have a new order sent and informed me that they will only refund, not redeliver due to the drivers only being payed by tips…… I asked them to cover the compensation for the driver, they stated it would be over a hour and a half before they would attempt to redeliver…. last time I order from them. Given the amount of options in the area you can find a place with better customer service and quality control that would not allow a complete failure like this out the door

Pizza was good. My only complaint was that I requested the sauce all the way to edge “no crust “ and it was made with crust. When I mentioned it, they made no attempt to remake or explain. I’ve ordered at two other Rosati’s near me and both have no issue with my request. I’ll be ordering at those locations in the future

Just like in my hometown Chicago. Rosati’s is consistently good . As a former Chicagoan it feels great to be able to get the same pizza here as I grew up with. Tavern style thin crust cut in squares with incredible flavor. When I miss home. I call and place an order. It never disappoints.

We are originally from the Chicago area, so we know good pizza. Saturday night we ordered a Stuffed Pizza. It was the worst pizza we’ve ever had. There was so much crust on the top edge and bottom I had to cut all the crust off the top for us to even try to eat it. It was nothing like a Chicago Stuffed Pizza. We will not be ordering from them ever again
