Overall a good place. The venue is clean. The service was decent. It was not busy when we went. The kids enjoyed the spaghetti and meatballs. We all enjoyed the appetizer, dough bites. They were plenty and tasty. The pizza was a Chicago deep dish. It came out in a timely manner. It was decent but not for me. The crust was not what I am used to for Chicago deep dish pizza. The marinara sauce had a little too much sweetness for me. That is probably why the kids loved the spaghetti.

I’ve eaten here twice and both times I’ve gotten the same thing. An antipasto salad and add grilled chicken. The first time it was great. The second time I ordered it to go. Had to go back in because they forgot my chicken. Not a huge deal, but I was also the only person in the restaurant. The guy at the counter added the chicken came back out 30 seconds later. I asked if the chicken was supposed to be cold and he said “yes” and I said “weird I’ve never had it cold before” and “he said well I think it’s weird to have it warm. I have never seen warm grilled chicken on a salad before”. Bro, just tried to gaslight me into thinking that I’ve never had grilled chicken warm on a salad before when I ordered it from a restaurant. Lol whatever. The salad was still good. I went home and warmed the chicken up before I ate it because cold chicken is gross. I will probably still eat here again to go because usually it’s pretty quick when I’m leaving the gym just to grab a salad. I’ll just request the chicken warm in case he’s there again. But come on dude, customer service is everything.

Deep dish pizza had very little if any cheese. A deep dish pizza should be oozing with cheese. What I got was tomato sauce and bread. You guys need to do better than this. Unfortunately I will never order from here again.

Food: We ordered the deep dish because of the servers suggestion. I was thinking it would be a lot of cheese and sauce to fill up the layers but it was mostly bread… Not as much cheese and sauce as shown below. Still a good pizza, but not the typical deep dish you would expect.

Delicious, get the deep dish pizza, we devoured it! Also, forgot to take a pic of the cheese garlic bread, it was amazing!!! Ignore the other reviews, plenty of sauce! Also, Caesar salad was so yummy. Will definitely be back.

This is the first time we’ve been to Rosati’s. It was very busy, but the wait staff was in good spirits even though they were getting pummeled. We got a pizza that was delicious, the breadsticks you can tell were made on homemade dough, and the combo Italian sandwich was phenomenal. Overall fantastic experience we will definitely be back.

Food is amazing every time! Very inviting atmosphere. Love how they sell giant of single slice pizzas. Meatball sub and the Chicken parmigiana are delicious even there cheesy garlic bread is amazing. Definitely will be back.
