First time ordering from this location and will never order again. The side salad that was $6.00 was missing spinach, onions and cheese that were on the menu description. “Our own creamy recipe “ cheesecake was a tiny piece of pre-packed Eli’s cheesecake. The garlic bread was burned. When I called about it the guy said “that’s a standard side salad and that’s what it is”. We ordered from another location before and the salad was exactly like on the menu. It’s sad that this location is tarnishing the good reputation of Rosati’s by selling inferior products for the full price. And they are not even trying to rectify the problem, they just tell you “that’s what it is”.

Amazing thin crust pizza, what more can I/is there to say??? Get the biggest size and save whatever is left for the next day, since delivery fees and tip and general per-pc economics favor getting the biggest one u can lol. You’re already eating pizza, so is “health” rlly that much of a concern?? Tastes super fresh, anyway, perfect hot or cold. Coupons usually come with the order; I’m a super big fan. I think they use the slice app for less fees/better discount than using Uber eats or something similar, if that kinda thing matters to you. De. Lish.

I don’t know when l when rosatis started doing this, but they are now putting the pepperoni on top of the pizza, not under the cheese, and it’s less than before. The Glenview Rosatis did the same thing, and I don’t understand. Hope they make it the usual way. It does taste different.

Walked in and the guy behind the counter was standing there as if he had a attitude. After waiting for him to say something he did with a attitude! Another customer walks in and he a completely different person. Again I was there first. Helps the customer out makes sure he has everything he needs. But gives me food like this and want to apologise WE WON’T BE BACK

The time is 2:10 AM… Just picked up a large deep dish pizza. . Extra grease dripping down to my elbow. The cheese was thick like leather and the sauce was salty and plain bland.

We love Rosatis pizzza! Actually our daughter owns a franchise in Florida, so I know when it’s good! This location went through a time that the pizzas were sub par ! But I can tell you they have great Chicago pizza now! Lots of cheese and toppings! We love their pepperoni ! And it’s great value! If you order a deep dish anywhere else and get a small it’s only four pieces here you get six! And you can get a deep dish pizza delivered in less than an hour sometimes less than 45 minutes. If you’ve been disappointed in the past come back because they are BACK !!!!!!!!!!

I read the reviews before ordering, I should have known better. We ordered two pizzas online and some apps. One of the pizzas was completely wrong. I called to have it refunded but they couldn’t do it since I ordered online and said I had to open a complaint with the third party Slice to get refunded. Nope never again.
