I ordered the dough nuggets & a fry and they were both undercooked. You can look at the dough and see they weren’t done. They dough was super chewy in the middle and the fries were definitely not chewable they were still un cooked. Never again will I order from this location again. $15 wasted on dough nuggets & fries and I couldn’t even eat them.. I just handed y’all donations basically if I couldn’t consume the food smh

This Rosati’s is the worst out of all of them. The manager is always dirty and appears to be on something, the assistant manager always has a nasty negative attitude. The young lady is always very sweet and helpful though.

I love the pizza at this location! I never had a problem with this location ever! Customer service is always great! I had an incident where I ordered online. An issue happened and it was totally delivery.com fault! To make a long story short Dan the manager made everything right! He definitely exceeded my expectations! He was very professional and a very nice person! For now on I will be calling my orders in!

If I could give it zero stars I would! Ordered a Hawaiian pizza and this is how I got it! I keep calling the number they have on here and no answer. No service whatsoever. I called a different location and they were no help. Saying, each location is family owned and can’t do anything about it. Terrible service (should say, no service at all) first and last time I order from here!
