Pizza was perfect. The Cobb salad was a surprisingly shock to me. Omg. I’d order 1 of these weekly. That salad looked perfectly made. We ordered a calzone also, it was very good. I thought it was slightly low on filling ingredients , but I loved the dough so didn’t bother me much.

Customer service was terrible. Called due to our pizza being a disaster after delivered. Half the pizza was distorted, soggy, and greasy.They hung up 3 times. I was sent to the manager who asked to put me on hold to send me back to the front desk. The girl at the front desk said her manager would give us a credit after already waiting for an hour for our first delivery. I said we called for dinner not a credit. *Note we are looking to eat tonight. They said it’s probably because you ordered extra sauce. I said it was grease all over the pizza box to the point the box was deteriorating upon touching it. Not to mention the other side of pizza was fine and the liquid wasn’t red. Tired of businesses making excuses especially after paying a hefty price for this 16inch pizza.

This is legitimately how my pizza was delivered to me. I understand and am sympathetic to businesses being short staffed. But, when I called and told the employee on the phone that this was what I received, she told me I would have to wait another 85 minutes on top of the initial 60 I waited to receive this one. When I said that mine should be priority, she said that was not possible. She had to keep putting me on hold to ask questions when the manager was right next to her and should have spoken to me himself. I am supposed to receive a refund…. in 3-5 days. But when you’re a nurse (as I am) and you bought your kids a pizza right before you leave for your shift, this is not ok. There was not enough time for me to stop somewhere else, nor wait another 85 minutes. It’s really unfortunate, but I don’t think they will receive anymore business from me in the future.

The pizza was absolutely impeccable. It was nearly indistinguishable from the finest pizzas one could find in Italy. The toppings were artfully arranged, each in its own designated area to tantalize your taste buds. The freshness of the ingredients added a richness that was truly unparalleled. The mozzarella was exceptional, with its distinctive aroma bringing back memories of my trip to Naples, Italy. It was truly a standout ingredient in the pizza. I wholeheartedly recommend this pizza and declare it superior to any other, including the offerings of Domino’s and Pizza Hut.
