I ordered a pizza with Italian beef and giardiniera. Light tomato sauce. simple right? I received a pizza with a lot of sauce and an excesive amounts of hot peppers. ZERO Italian Beef on the entire pizza! Mind blown and Filed a complaint with doordash and had to get a refund and I will NEVER order from here again. Dont go here.

Pizza is always good. Tonight (09/30/2022) it took an hour and a half for delivery when we were told under an hour initially. We called for an update and all they said was, she will be on her way. No apologies or explanation. Not good customer service in my opinion.

We have always gotten our Italian beefs from Rosatis. They were always my favorite. But the last few times we have ordered them I have been terribly disappointed. The bread is stale, the meat is plain and not seasoned as well as it used to be. Today we ordered mozzarella sticks and they were like rubber. I live a few blocks away from the restaurant and despite them saying 45 min for delivery it was well over an hour. I understand there are staff shortages, but at least send out quality food if it’s going to be late.

By far the best pizza joint in town, this is what i call authentic Chicago pizza. Staff is very helpful and informative when placing catering orders and are very friendly each time i go in there to pick up my food, not to mention the cooks are always consistent with the delicious food they make, i have also ordered for delivery and the drivers go above and beyond. Make sure you ask for specials! Every time i order there is always a special so you get a great price for what you order, even free delivery sometimes! I recommend this place for authentic pizza for my friends out of state and for anyone who is looking for some good pizza and wings! Great job, Rosati’s!

Recently disappointed that delivery driver came to my door without a mask on. The food was hot. It was tasty. If not for the quality food, and the very apologetic manager when I called to mention the delivery driver, it would have been 1 star. The driver ruined it for me. But, I like this location and I like the food. So 3 stars it is. Should be 4-5 stars but again, driver shouldn’t be delivering food without a mask.

Xtra large 3 topping pizza (50/50 so actually 4 toppings), 8 xtra hot buffalo wings and a 2 litter. $30 Friendly service and clean. Everyone was masked up so not sure about service with a smile. HAHA We will definitely be going back.

I am struggling between a 2 and a 3 star. Ordered delivery. My parents said you need to order the medium size because all other sizes aren’t cooked right from this location. I’ve had it when they have gotten it before but I was hungry And wanted pizza. So I got the medium. Half cheese for my man, half sausage and ground need for me. It wasn’t good. Neither of us liked it. Never again lol. We also got a great sale that wasn’t bad. Hence the 3 stars. Was delivered within the hour. So just say skip the pizza at this pizza place.
