I am long time customer of this location, on 5/9/23 I ordered a small sausage supreme for pick-up. When I arrived home I noticed there was absolutely no sauce on the pizza, just toppings. When I called the restaurant (twice) to advise of this mistake there was no answer at 9:02pm. I called the following day at 2:15pm and spoke to Tim whom had said he was the only manager. I explained the situation and after a long pause no apologies he said “well what do you want me to do, you know you can always ask for extra sauce”. I explained to him that this has never been a problem for me before and I typically would order at least 2-3 times a month. After this call with Tim, I don’t feel valued as a customer and I feel as though he should not be in a leadership role if this is how he treats paying customers. I would like for someone to contact me in regards to this matter. Otherwise every other contact has been pleasant and I absolutely love the driver who normally delivers.

Ordered a deep dish with full green pepper and full italian sausage. Pizza came half soggy half crispy. The sausage was on maybe half the pizza and for whatever reason the green pepper was literally diced up into small cubes and we could barely taste it with all the sauce. Definitely one of worst deep dish pizzas I’ve had, very disappointed with how much we paid for the pizza.

My first time ordering and it will not be my last! I ordered a 20 inch with Italian beef, pepperoni and bacon…it was done just right! They have a good team! Also i did ordered for pickup and it was ready on time!

the girl on the phone was super sweet and nice!! when i picked up there was an indian boy at the counter and he seemed like he hated his job, and was very unfriendly. my order was ready and very delicious!

Haven’t had Rosati’s pizza in for forever. Used to go as a kid when they had buffets. Decided to come back and pick up a thin crust to try and was not disappointed! I think there could be a little more sauce, but I’ll just ask for extra next time. Super delicious pizza, they still got it!

I ordered 3 slices of sausage and they gave me 2 slices of sausage and 1 pepperoni. They just put it in my bag and didn’t tell me or even asked if i wanted to wait for sausage. Luckily i looked before i left . They knew what they did. Sneaky.

Spent $44 on a 16 inch Chicago Style Pizza only to get toppings that weren’t ordered by me. Tried to call and had to explain to 3 different people my concern only for the manager to act like he didn’t believe me. Very rude on the phone as well. Never again. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
