Came in and ordered a slice of pizza ( pepperoni to be exact ) it was hot and delicious. I came in two other times about 2 weeks apart and both times the slices were fresh , hot and delicious. I’ve ordered pizzas and pasta from this location several times now and have never been disappointed. Their managers and drivers are the best in the industry.

Rosati pizza is quintessentially Chicago’s finest, a definite go to when my family wants pizza. I had never been to this location since we moved recently, but I’m really glad we did. Pristinely clean, friendly quick service, great price for a ton of amazing pizza and they took their coupon we found online with no problems at all.

We’ve ordered pizza at least once a week for several years from the Randall Rd Rosati’s and will continue to do so. Our pizza is reliably well cooked, prepared as ordered, reasonably priced and tasty, and the management & staff are friendly and personable – no small task given the current staffing challenges local establishments currently face!

Been going here for a few years, love their pizza, it’s always fresh ingredients and quick service, owners are friendly. Atmosphere for a take out place is what you’d expect. They have cold drinks and carry premade tasty desserts. I prefer this location over the Rosati’s on Kirk Rd and Rt 64.

The pizza arrived burnt and the beer nuggets were like croutons. Everything was over cooked. Not only that but the pizza was stuck to the top. I’m almost positive that the delivery driver even ate 4-5 slices on the veggie side of the pizza. Could one seek a refund for this sub-par service? We left a $20 tip to the driver as it was a late night but we weren’t expecting a portion of our $77 order being half-eaten…

I orderded a salad for catering and never told me a total. I see they charge me almost a hundred dollars which should have been 50. I called back and realized the one on kirk was the menu I had. I was told they can make their own prices and they started making my salad 3 hours early apparently. They did give half off after fighting with them about it and having to get irate with them. I did order pizza from here once and it was greasy and terrible. Never go here. Worst Rosatis in Illinois. So many other pizzs options in our area.

I have ordered here regularly for years due to the mere convenience of the location, but never again. The owner is regularly angry, disrespectful and rude — so much so that I dread picking up my pizza when I see him behind the counter. He has never taken accountability for mistakes they make / bad food that gets delivered, literally has yelled at me when I try to use valid coupons, and is rude to his staff. This most recent time they royally messed up a delivery of multiple pizzas for my dad’s birthday, said they’d take care of it, but then refused to — yelling and arguing with us on the phone as if WE’D done something wrong. So done supporting people that behave this way.

Great pizza spot. They have great specials, and I love their pizza. They make desserts hand made, and they have all kinds of cans of pop. They have the largest slices I have ever seen. Very nice owners and workers. They are close to the two St. Charles courthouses. Thanks!
