Big order means to be taken special care of notes by customer not just hand over unbaked pizza. If you’re busy then simple and straight say no to order so that customer can go somewhere else instead he regrets spending $80 at your place.

Twice I have ordered from this location because they are open later. Twice my order wasn’t made correctly, items were forgotten as well. Poor quality in taste. I’ve been ordering Rosatis since I was a kid. This location is terrible with my 2 experiences. I won’t be ordering from here again. $60 waisted twice.

On February 14, 2023 I ordered a 20″ Monster pizza and an order of mushrooms via the website at 5pm. I called them an hour and a half later and was told that the online was done and they never received my order. I was charged for the pizza when I ordered and the girl told me the money would be refunded in 24-48 hrs. I still have not gotten my $60.19 back. I had ordered from them before and never had a problem and they encourage you to order online.

Food arrived at 11:10pm called to place the order at 9:30. Ordered a small pizza and bone in wings. Never had a issue until today delivery driver pretended to not know where to go then my food was very cold just had to microwave everything plus the wings were dry I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location to anyone unless I should have ate cereal.

Ordered a pepperoni calzone and the pepperoni tasted old and expired, the cheese was chewy and runny had to throw it out with a weird taste.Good thing I got boneless wings that turned out ok. Sorry won’t be going back, sucks because I was really looking forward to it.
