Horrible! This is not what anyone expects! Called and there was no apology they will send another pizza BUT it will take 45 minutes to an hour! Horrible when it happens, even worse when the manager doesn’t even say they are sorry.

100% not worth the money for the 18in pizza I got. Tasted like cardboard with tomato paste that left a nasty aftertaste. Will never order from this location again. Pizza also arrived (ubereats) greasy. I’ll definitely be giving the restaurant chain a chance again. Just not from this location. Pizza definitely got tossed.

Ordered for pickup and it was ready on time and still hot by the time we got home. Hands down the best pizza we’ve had from here yet. Maybe it was the time of day (early afternoon). We had saved the box coupons so we got a huge pizza for 1/2 off.

Based on my last two pizzas here (both pickup) this is easily the best thin-crust pizza I’ve had in the North suburbs. Lots of tasty cheese, just the right amount of perfect sauce, and a crispy crust (but not crumbly, burnt or lacking character). Pepperoni has nice crisped edges, and all the veggies I’ve had taste really fresh.

Redeemed coupons from the pizza boxes. So we had to go pick up (no delivery with discount coupons). We usually order for delivery, had 12 coupons to redeem, so we obviously order often! Pizza is always delicious! Wings are good also!

I always order online extra sausage on my pizza. they always short me and never put the extra sausage on. today when I placed my online order I called to confirm they got my order and would put extra sausage on and they assured me they would make sure it got done. when the pizza was delivered there was no extra sausage on it. this place is a ripoff.

Terrible customer service. Not a safe place for people of color. RACIST AND RUDE STAFF. We walked in happily greeting the woman at the front desk SACHINKUMA, as she ignored us while staring down at some phone. Once she acknowledged our presence it was to ignorantly CORRECT ?? my brothers name when handing us our order because we were wrong “saying it in Spanish”?!? Do better Sachinkuma.

very rude service…. I arrived at 10 p.m. The gentleman kindly tells me they are closed. The website says they are open until 11 p.m. he tells me he doesn’t know how the internet is but they are closed. didn’t let me say a word. you will really change the service because it is a failure. in addition, change the opening hours on the internet because the person who looks has no idea that you are closed.
